Look, they make some good, quality products that are pretty unique to their brand. People complain about the time it takes to ship. Read the emails it explains exactly why it will take longer, stop being such an instant satisfaction gremlin and enjoy the products.

Great customer service from this company! I ordered two shirts, one tank and one ladies tee. I ordered the wrong size for the ladies tee, I didn’t realize that the measurements were similar but the cut was so different. I contacted customer service and they sent the correct size right away. I love my tee shirts!

The 2 hooded sweatshirts are great quality. Prints are just as adorable as shown. Received on time. Trustworthy business. Will order from them again.

Everything is good but the size, I didn’t check the hoodie because I don’t mind if it’s bigger but the shirt I got was a small and it looked bigger than a small but it had the s at the top. Everything’s good overall though.

I really like my shirt. I was pleased with my order.

Some how my order glitched and I was charged for 3 shirts. They told me I can’t have a refund because of a glitch I didn’t catch and refuse a refund, now I’m left with three cheaply made shirts that all feel very thin. Very angry because the order was over 80$ and I can’t afford that at the moment.

I actually put the wrong billing address in there, (thank god) so i tried to cancel it. They even sent me an email telling me to click on the link and hit the "cancel order" button. Guess what? there isnt one, nothing on my order summary is adjustable,on both a phone and computer. This website is a scam.....

The T-shirt runs extremely small. They don't accept returns or exchanges. Don't waste your money.

It's basically a scam. Poor quality product, and unsatisfactory customer service. It's nearly impossible to adjust, cancel, exchange, or return any products. Once you place an order they do nothing to help you, and keep your money.

Terrible job

I placed an order beginning of March this year and paid via PayPal.

Order confirmation came through and the tracking seemed to work. Although.. I haven't receive the package yet and more that 8 weeks have past since the purchase.

The tracking code says that the package has reached Sweden, but status is still "pending mode" and I have not received any information from or about a pick-up point.

Tried to contact Teehitra via email and file a claim, but I get no respons beside the automatic one. Latest I heard was they they "would come back to me" and therefore my claim has been put on hold. This was back in April..

Being in June, I don't think I'm ever going to receive my order and will try to get my money back. How to do that when you're only able to repeatably send the same pre-filled form with no possibility to add a personalized message.

Got a shirt from them.... They sent the wrong colour. After letting them know, and going through a few hoops, they sent a replacement, IN THE SAME COLOUR.

Don't want to go through their replacement process again, so I just kept it as is. I did let them know, but they never replied, since clearly they don't care.

Don't buy from this company. I ordered two T-shirts in the amount of $64 (incl.shipping). The T-Shirts run super small. I contacted them a week ago and have not heard back from them. Going back on their website and scrolling through everything i finally find the return policy. No exchanges, refund etc. unless the order is incorrect on their part. Of course, this is not mentioned when you place to order. My fault, for not reading through the Terms this will not happen again. I'm very upset, all i want is to exchange the Tshirts, i don't even want my money back I just want the right size that fits my husband and myself.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for not responding to your Customers emails with concerns.

Hi guys, i have a bit of a lengthy story about this.
So i was scrolling through Instagram and an advert popped up about a website called “teehira” so i clicked on it and saw a really cool hoodie, so of course i checked it out and bought it. Everything was put in correctly and the payment went through.
I had to contact support because an email was NEVER EVER sent to me nor was a tracking number. So i asked them and gave them my info, they literally told me that it doesn’t exist. So i shopped them the screenshot of the payment and i even gave them my card number to confirm. They still said i never ordered it.
I have nobody else to contact and i still isn’t have my hoodie. I’m really livid. This company is a scam. Don’t ever buy off of this company ever. They stole $49 off of me. Don’t let that happen to you, do your research before going on a website you’re not familiar with. I made that mistake this time.

NOT HAPPY W/ITEM ORDERED-DOES NOT LOOK AS PICTURED AND MATERIAL IS SCRATCHY AND ABRASIVE ON SKIN. APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURNS WHICH CONVENIENTLY IS NOT MENTIONED AT ANY POINT, ANYWHERE, ON THEIR WEB SITE. OF COURSE CUSTOMERS ONLY FIND THIS OUT AFTER NOT BEING SATISFIED W/PRODUCT.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM TEEHITRA!!!!
