I ordered a poster. It arrived all wrinkled and wavy and the paper it is printed on is glossy and cheap. I tried to file a claim using their online claim form but the "Submit Claim" form did not work. I called the customer service number and the automatic phone system did not work either. I'm very disappointed as I was really excited about the poster.

I ordered a t shirt for fathers day 40 days ago!! and I still have not received it, when you order it states between 5-15 days for shipping, this is clearly not the case.

Still waiting for a T-shirt ordered over a month ago for Father's Day. Customer service said it was to be despatched last week but still no shipping/update. Unimpressed and won't use again.

Ordered two t- shirts - only received one of them even though the payment went through on PayPal. The T-shirt I received was nice and fit well but I am very upset that I did not receive the second shirt. Probably won’t order from this company again.

Company reached out to me through customer service and processed my order. Received an update today that my order has been shipped.

Only giving a 1 because I can't give a zero. Ordered a shirt May 27 for a Father's day gift. The ad said 5-10 days to ship. It is now July 10th and I still do not have my shirt and they refused to give me a refund. They should not accept orders if they are not going to fill them. Rip Off....do not buy from them. They do not deserve to stay in business.

iI love this company. They work well w/ their customers and sell a quality t-shirt. They have posters, too, but I've never purchased! Satisfaction all the way. T-shirts are not your same ole, same ole run of the mill!

These are top notch sellers. Merchandise is well worth the price. I would (and have) recommend them to all.

it took forever for the tshirt to come, but when it came it was really cute and in time for my hubbies birthday

It is now July 1 and I still have not received my order. I ordered April 23 and spent 70.00. They said they would ship on about may 3. I thought great. Since mask requirements started may1. I have sent 10 emails and posted on any post that has Weimaraner items on them. I have found out they are using several websites at the same address and suite number and address in Indianapolis. They said today that my order was shipped but it may be 5 to 10 business days to deliver. So it will be almost 3 months if I ever get them. I have asked for my money back all along since everyone and everywhere is selling them and I don’t want them anymore. Don’t buy any thing from them or their other affiliates posting on Facebook no matter how cute they are.

I ordered two shirts for my in-laws. They are obsessed with Dogs. Specially chihuahuas. Both shirts took a little time to arrived but it makes sense since the whole covid 19 going on. The quality is great and the logos as well. Very pleased with the purchase.

If I could give them a zero I would! Placed an ordered in May for a t shirt that I wanted for father days. We are now June 30th, still no t shirt and the tracking still says preparing to print so it’s still yet to be printed yet the website says I can’t cancel my order. Absolutely disgusting and a scam. Be wise, stay away and find another company to use!

Ordered May 26th for Fathers Day. According to their website, it has been printing since May 27th . Was told I would get 50% refund. I got $3.20. My advice is don’t order from them. Today is Fathers Day and no tee shirt!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still says processing but they sure took my money right away! SCAM! Don't do it. From Facebook it seems no experiences are different!

Ordered a mask on May 1, today is June 18, and the Teelaland website says my order is still in processing. It has been in "processing" since May 1. I tried calling the number and can't get out of the voicemail answering machine that does't take messages.

Ordered an 11 x 17 poster that I absolutely loved. It arrived with wrinkles and folds. Then, after buying an expensive 11 x 17 frame, it doesn't fit!!! Had to trim, trim again and it is still is a bit too big for the frame! I will NEVER order anything advertised on my FB page. This is what you get.

I just received my Boston Terrier t-shirt from Teelaland.com after waiting weeks for it. I understand Covid19 has caused delays which is frustrating enough, but the quality of both the print job and the shirt is TERRIBLE. The graphic is off-center and on a complete angle. The image is very faded too and the shirt size is really bad. Whoever completed this order was in a hurry to get the job done. To make matters worse, the company doesn't appear to have anyone available to speak to on their customer service line. ☹No paperwork was included with the shirt soI could provide an Order#. I will NEVER use this business again, and I encourage Facebook to remove them off of their sponsor list. Such a waste of hard-earned money on a shirt that I had been excited to receive, but simply won't wear.
