Cannot receive a shipment I ordered in mid May. Worst company to deal with! They have a link “file a claim” that doesn’t even work. Wonder why they feel they need that link anyway. That tells you something. Stay away!

This company is a FRAUD! They charged my card immediately and it is over 2 months and they say they are "still working on it so it will be perfect", I asked for a refund and they said they do not give refunds. This is insane that they take your money and will not produce what you order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered 3 items in early May. My credit card was charged immediately. I never received a confirmation email. I have received only 1 item and still have not received any confirmation or shipping updates. I have tried to call & email without being able to get through the automated system as I do not have an order number. This company is a fraud!
