Good quality clothes but i wont pay for…

Good quality clothes but i wont pay for next day delivery again. I was disappointed that I paid for next day delivery which didn't happen, and although this was DHLs fault not theirs, I have as of yet not been offered a refund of postage costs despite them being aware of this.

Sent the wrong items - size was correct but massive for a 13 year old boy

Great prices prompt delivery however…

Great prices prompt delivery however the sizes were so misleading, they are totally not the same as the usual sizes I order for my grandchildren
So granddaughter was u happy at not being able to wear 2 of the items
She had picked out ,even though I ordered 2 sizes bigger.
