Fast and efficient service, which I appreciated. I liked one of the items I purchased but not the other. Both featured logos on the back, but one of these was not illustrated on the website. If I had seen the size of the logo on the back, I would not have bought it. I will be donating that one to a charity shop. The other is fine.

Not great this time I'm afraid, wrong jacket size sent and different top turn up , not what I ordered.
Didn't bothered to send Items back as they were sale items and cheap .

Great products, arrived on time, great price in sale

This has been the worst shopping experience ever. Bought and paid for shoes, paid for next day delivery as my daughter needed them for a christening. To this day..7 days later shoes have not been delivered. There has been no response to my email to customer services, no response to my twitter DM, and no one answers their number 02074090844.
This is either one of those scams or this has to be the worst shop to buy from and i will not be doing it again. I want my money back!!

I asked for an exchange.. I've not received it or the money back

the website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. the only disappointing thing personally was that there wasnt a proper size chart, it was literally just eg...'to fit the average 16 year old'. My daughter is 13 but only just fitted into some of the 16 year old clothes being tall for her age.
the parcel was dispatched and received within an acceptable time. the items were individually wrapped and the whole package was secure and clean.
Items were of good quality material and good value for money. Returns were easy but unfortunately delivery costs are your responsibility.
Refunds were given reasonably quickly once they had received the items back into their hands.
Overall i think Teenzshop is a good company with lots of suitable and up to date clothes and would definitely shop with them again although my daughter wont fit into their clothes for much longer.

I was not happy with one of my other it was not the one I ordered, I would have return it but could not be bothered the return process is too long for me.

Bought my 12 year old son his winter wardrobe recently. He loves the hood designs he picked and they're fantastic quality. Speedy delivery. No trapsing round stores with a stroppy pre teen!!!

Delivery was really fast. All clothes look pretty good.

But the joggers that I bought for my daughter looks a bit short and the fabric is not much high quality. After a few times wearing it, the fabric around the knees looks worn out.
