Never received
I placed an order and it was never shipped out by the time I was supposed to have received it and it still hasn't. I'm disappointed and it's hard to get ahold of customer service.

Poor customer service and tracking accountability
I placed my order on Dec 9. The provide a delivery estimate of 5-7 days. The tracking information said it would be delivered on Dec 17. The tracking location shows the package is in TX since Dec 13. I emailed them on Dec 18 asking where my order is and they have an AI bot apologizing asking if my address is correct to resend. I asked just for an update and have not heard anything since. Not acceptable.

Poor quality
I ordered an F1 cap which was supposed to be a red logo on a black cap. The colour of the logo was more orange/salmon than red and the cap was probably purchased at the dollar store. It had zero structure and could literally lay flat on the table. I would not recommend.
Edited to add after reaching out to them they issued me a full refund.

Let down by order fulfilment & customer service
Good product, excellent design. Awful order fulfilment and appalling customer service management after complaint raised regarding non-delivery. Still having to battle with them now. Shame for artists, but I would recommend you steer clear as operational element is poor.

Good first experience.
Ordered in support of a good cause. Tee arrived in good time, size guide is accurate and fits well. Softer quality material was worth paying a little extra for IMO. I will need to see how it wears and washes before going for a five star but impressed so far.

Quality product and amazing customer service
I ordered a t- shirt for my dad as a gift, it arrived and was wonderful quality (so soft), but sadly too small. I contacted the customer service team and they were very helpful advising me on sizing and arranging the exchange. They even let me keep the smaller size, to pay it forward to someone else who might enjoy it. That is amazing customer service in my book. Thank you.
