Excellent. Many text materials and videos of lessons. Staffs are very fast and responds vastly and professionally. I took maybe 8 weeks to finish and know many things from studying with the Masters TEFL company. I recommend to others who wants to learn TEFL online.

I learned a lot through your courses, it was so detailed, full of practical knowledge, I loved how you give small tests before the quiz, the one thing I didn't like as a kinetic learner, is the AI-generated videos. I would prefer real teachers explaining, otherwise everything is great.

I really enjoyed this course and feel like I got myself a bargain. There's so much content to keep you busy if you really want to learn but there's also ways to skip some of the more boring stuff (like I did as I already did a grammar refresher course a while back and actually refunded that course because it was mainly just text and I wasn't really learning much about teaching). Videos, though avatar based, were actually really helpful and the activities made a big difference to my understanding of how different bits and bobs fit together in the classroom. The staff were always super helpful with certificate stuff too. The only downside for me was that there wasn't any way to contact them by phone or touch base with other students...minor things but ones that I'd thought would be standard.

I am sincerely impressed. Having taught in various institutions, I was looking for something that offered more than just the basics. This course delivered an incredible amount of research-based material and a massive toolkit for classroom management and instruction. It has genuinely sharpened my effectiveness in the classroom.

The course covers all the necessary areas to provide a full and complete training in TEFL.

The several different types of exercises and tests are act as excellent revision tools. The lifetime access to the course is also makes it a great revision resource for future reference.

For the very resaonable price point, I can say it definately punches above its weight.

The course content was good and at the appropriate level for the required training to do a great job teaching English in the classroom. In the spirit of continuous improvement, I'd suggest eliminating the annoying bugs and pick-errors in multiple choice questions (e.g., it asks for 3 answers and the system only allows 1 pick so you miss that question) The videos were down for awhile as well (inaccessible). The access and navigation on the site is a bit clunky. Once you figure your way around on the site it is good. There is also about 5 minutes latency from the time you get a "pass" score to the time you can begin the next lesson. Not a big deal, time to get another cup of coffee. :) Overall a solid 4-stars and keep up the good work.

My overall experience was fantastic from customer service before I began the course to recieving my certificate in the ending. The course was clearly layed out with very many text and knowledges and activities to help me memorize and recall them all. When other courses I looked at had 12 modules, this had 24 which are all very full with videos also. I encountered no issues accept for I needed to reset my pass-word one time 2 weeks after I started. The value of the course is excellent.

Note the use of uncanny AI video content; the main course content is in written form and very comprehensive, though the course also has AI video versions of this material. Though an audio option is nice, a human-produced audio supplement would be much more natural and helpful. Main course content is also well-supplemented by other resources and live demonstrations of applied teaching. There are some mild errors in the quiz layout (misplaced questions/answers etc), but the team is hopefully working to continually perfect the course, which itself is still very well-structured. Great customer service willing to help with any issues, too. If you are looking for an accreditted online certificate with a comprehensive overview of the TEFL world (and can be patient with some imperfections), definitely try out this course.

Everything is automated and understandable and the support staff is very responsive and helpful. You can work at your own pace and the materials are straight forward.

This course is very thorough. As a UK teacher with vast experience of teaching students of all ages and abilities this course is a must for those who want to learn the basics and pedagogy of teaching especially teaching English as a foreign language. Most of the theory was second nature to me, but for those with no teaching background I cannot recommend highly enough. There were a few anomalies but all in all very impressed with TEFL Masters. Well done to those who put the course together.

I got a recommendation from this company by ChatGPT and took some time researching them. Everything was good but I think some people might like to pay much more for practical experience, like delta or celta course. For me this was perfect.

Really happy with the course. Quick to respond to my questions and the units were well laid out and easy to do in-between day to day life. Good experience, no issues and cost is really cheap compared to other providers when basically getting the same outcome. Highly recommend this.

Really good. Liked the price, quick responses and easy navigation. Didn't like that they only send certificates with pricey fedex. Overall it was a pretty thorough course and I feel like I learnt quite a bit.
