I bought a belt 2 years back.
They sent me the wrong size, I contacted the multiple times, no response.
Fast forward to this year, I bought the mechanical pencil (3 pieces) and the quality is just horrible. After a couple of months, the color coating is full of scratches and holes. You can literally scratch it with your fingernails.
Stay away.

The products are fantastically made and especially the LaMarque pens and pencil will acompany you for a lifetime. Each bump and scratch will make it your own unique piece. During the process each pen already looks a bit different and no one else will have the same one.

You want a „flawless“ one? Just ask - even if a unique pen arrived, the exceptional support team will do anything they can to send to you the one you had in mind! In my case even free of charge and for the first one ordered to keep. Just. Like. That.

I made an order of an Ultimatum bag in 2020 and I’m still using it in 2026 on a daily basis. I‘m impressed with the bag‘s quality and the style - I’ve been approached by strangers a number of times asking about the bag and where they can get it. Recently I got in touch with TEFORS again about replacement shoulder straps and I was pleased that they could do that so I can continue using this bag :-)

I purchased a bag for 534 EUR in April 2024. The company is named Tefors. It means Temporary Forever. Their products is supposed to last for life.
I have used my bag often since I purchased it. For the past 2-3 months, the zipper shown signs of wear and tear. After less than 2 years after my purchase, I found this quite surprising, especially after the temporary forever marketing line. I have tried to contact them but no reply. It was pure marketing with no customer service. To be avoided

Trefors does not react to emails. I paid 200,- for a cheap looking backpack. I requested a return. The seller ignores my requests.

Avoid this company, it's a scam. I bought two very expensive backpacks from them, and both zippers broke. Stay far away from this company.

There was an issue with one of the camera cubes and I was surprised to see that I got an email directly from the founder. He was really helpful and ended up going above all my expectations. They sent me a brand new cube as well as an additional gift, so I couldn't be more appreciative of the entire experience at Tefors

The customer support has always proven to be helpful and friendly. You can tell that they also use Tefors goods themselves, because they are able to guide you in a great detail so that you understand exactly whether for example one of the add-ons is useful or not

The minimalist design that hides the functionality is why I'm a repeat customer. So far my favorite is the Ultimatum because it's an awesome bag that you can carry anywhere from work to weekend travel.

I’ve owned the Ultimatum for three years now and it looks brand new! Two of my friends now actually bought the same bag as they saw me carrying it daily.

Best part of the 2Face Backpack is that I can carry it anywhere from the gym to work. Zipper is super smooth and the separate laptop entrance on the side means I don’t have to reach in the main compartment.

I absolutely love the style and practicality of these bags, but having just come to terms with the fact that the second one I've bought is unrepairable (I've tried many zip repair shops) I felt compelled to warn people that they are sadly not forever. Both the old style Ultimatum (about 5 years ago) and the newer one have broken at the zip and it's a massive vulnerability on this bag. It's fair to say the bag got almost daily use, but that what it's meant for and I'm not going to buy one every 2.5 years. They are sadly effectively designed to be disposable as I've been told the zip is irreplaceable.

Dont buy Tefors. Costumer service horrible. You do not get answer although you find on the website 24/7 customer service bit noone answers. Can not recolmend

After some time Tefors contacted me and offered a replacement. Good service. Waiting on final confirmation and delivery of the new bag. Tip for Tefors. A claim is not the problem, the problem is how you solve the problem.
