Paid, waited, chased - nothing delivered
I ordered and paid for sample tiles in October 2025 and was initially told delivery would take 3–4 weeks.
In November, after chasing for an update, I was informed that the order had never been processed and that I would need to wait another 3–4 weeks.
In December, I followed up again and was told the factory had stopped producing samples for the year, extending the wait by a further six weeks.
By late January, after yet another follow-up, I was told the samples had never been ordered at all, as the company had since moved to a different sampling process. At no point was I proactively informed of any delays, cancellations, or process changes.
I’ve wasted nearly 100 days chasing an order that was never fulfilled. This level of communication and order handling is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company.
For comparison, I've just placed an order with Tile.Expert, and my sample tiles arrive tomorrow.
