Missing accessories from PS32-02

Ordered filled and delivered promptly for Bosch PS32-02 Drill/Driver. . However, a couple of the accessories which were supposed to be included in the box were missing. Upon contacting them, Tegs Tools made good and opened another box and sent me the missing parts.
The seals on the box appeared to be intact, however, I suppose they could have been lifted carefully and re-sealed. Hard to say why the parts were missing.

My experience was good. When I couldn’t see what I was looking for on the web site a quick call to store helped me to find what I was looking for.

Tegs is my go to!

Dealing with Tegs has become my preferred go to for tools. Always a fair price and awesome service. Never had issues with deliveries or follow up.

Perhaps you might find a slight lower price, if you want to spend hours searching and the few dollars are not worth the grief dealing with less expedient and problematic service issues. I save the $5 and have peace knowing my orders are in good hands.

Thanks Tegs, keep up the great service, I’m sold!

Impressed with customer service

The drill that was advertised on their website was not the one I received but they were very understanding and refunded me fully and promptly and paid the return shipping. I was very impressed by their customer service and would trust them with my next purchase in a heartbeat. They just have to make sure the picture is the same as what you get.

Best price anywhere for the product I…

Best price anywhere for the product I bought including amazon. Got assistance couple of times as was going to order on line and not sure how it would work. Received order confirmation email and also got phone call and email to advise when ready to pick up-next day. This may differ but they had my product in store. Went to pick up and real quick service. Will use again
