Ordered a bulky dust control air filter from Tegs Tools in Hamilton. Urgently needed. Called late afternoon on Thursday ... received in Markham via UPS early afternoon on Friday. Couldn't be happier, both with the product, the price and with my experience ordering from Tegs.

Great first experience with TEGS!. Web site is easy to navigate, pricing is very competitive, order feedback was prompt and my items shipped without delay.
The only glitch was that the tracking number provided did not work - but items arrived so quickly that this didn't become a real concern.
I won't hesitate to shop TEGS again.

The tool that I ordered from them came in a timely manner and was what I ordered. The tool itself is awesome. I got the Extracagator and this does what they say it does. Pulls brush up to 2" dia. with very little effort.

great i ordered and it came in a couple days

Excellent tool quality. Service not so hot lately. I came in 3 times recently as it took me a bunch of figuring to determine which toolbox system was going to work for my needs. On all 3 occasions, nobody came out from behind the desk or even asked if I needed help. This has not been the pattern here in the past but after 3 visits, this pattern is worth commenting on.
I'm finding the store a little fuller each time I come and a little less organized.
I will keep coming to Teg's. And I willingly pay more at Teg's because I want the small business service and I know that costs. But please, don't tempt me to go elsewhere when the guys don't seem engaged.
