Easy ordering, delivered on time! No problems and a good price!

I purchased an electric jacket on line. I received a courtesy telephone call when the available jacket was a model year older than what was ordered. Delivery was prompt.

Friendly customer service addressing questions asked and prompt delivery. The price of the item I purchased was far better than their competitors!

Had a bit of an ordering mishap with Tegs, but they made it right.

Completely satisfied.

I order a lot of tools online and most other retailers would have just gone and cancelled my order accompanied with a standard apology for the inconvenience. Tegs really went the extra mile in making this order happen.

Another thing I noticed as well, they know how to safely pack things for shipping. Much more so than most retailers in my opinion.

Everything was in good condition and well packed! If i ever need something else, i won’t hesitate to order again!

The items ordered online were shipped quickly and tracking information was provided. One of the items was the wrong item but return shipping was quickly provided and the proper item sent out right away.

Very happy with Makita Combo-pack. At checkout there seemd to be a choice of generous bonus items. Turned out be a mistake but TEGS provided an extra Li-ion 4A battery as good will. Well handled. Shipment was very fast and everything arrived in good shape. Price was competitive.

Advertised free shipping on purchases of $150.00 or more I ordered an item that was 229.00 they called and said shipping would be an extra $40.
Told them no and ordered from another Company and they shipped it free. Very deceitful.

Outstanding service and support! I found a lower price for the same tool kit from another supplier the same day that I received my shipment from Tegs and they refunded the difference... No questions asked! Needless to say I'm going to continue to give my business to a company that offers that level of customer support! Great website. Great service!

Great service

Gabe Chaimovitz from the customer service has been really helpful. Only reason I gave four star was because the delivery service was complicated. The carrier forgot to deliver it to my door I had to call to ask them to deliver my order to my door. They told me that the product was delivered for 3 days while clearly it wasnt.

Item ordered online Aug. 1, 2018.
Email received Aug. 2 - "Order Processing"
Checked order status Aug. 7 - still "processing"
Sent email (sales @ tegstools . com) requesting estimated ship date Aug. 7.
No response to email by end of business day Aug. 8 - only an auto-generated email asking "How many stars would you give tegstools.com?".
Until I receive a shipment confirmation, verified by UPS tracking, after one week of waiting, I can't honestly say this has been a smooth transaction. Nothing can make up for the ignored email...
