They had sent me much cheaper phone in purpose (they have sent me 10 Mi 64 lite instead of Mi Note 10 108 MP Pro version). Totally disaster and the worst shop i was ever with dealing with in China. Because of them i have lost over 400 euro on custom tax, phone and postage. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!

The Claim Case ID: PP-D-87507146 has been blocked by seller. The sellers agree to provide a full refund if I return the phone back. I did send the phone back to the seller (on address provided by PP) couple of days ago (tracking number RL792654527IE). However, they have rejected my package (you can check it using tracking number) with no reason given (it is with customs now). Also, the Teknistore has blackmail me through email Quote "Please, contact us when you have removed the feedback and we'll continue to follow your case friendly. Otherwise, you will receive back the shipment without refund." I never experienced such an issue during all of the PP transactions i had in the past. This company seems to be totally untrustworthy and it is using dirty tricks to gain profit.

The Trustpilot reviews here are mostly fake, please read them carefully.

They intentionally undervalued my item so that it would be stopped and sent back at the border. I was not informed until I rang DHL two weeks later. Teknistore tried to get me to pay an "admin fee" to rectify this, claiming it was not their fault. DHL warned it could be a potential scam. Item was nearly £300.

After 3 weeks of emailing they still refused a refund - PayPal resolved the case for me after a month.

Don't believe the reviews. They sell items with the intention of not honouring them all. They pretend to have offered me a refund but never did.

They asked me 3 times to end the PayPal dispute. Stay away.

Order received, my experience with them is good. I hope the shipping situation returns to be normal soon and the delay will finish soon.

Order still not arrived, April I placed the order, terrible service would not recommend at all, even in the given situation I would’ve thought I’d get my item. No communication just an email to say item shipped????

Despite the covid situation, Teknistore was on time with my order. Customer service was always present and answered my questions quickly. I can confirm a good service

I must ammend my review of Teknistore. The 3d printer has now arrived safely. All I could suggest is
1. They are more transparent about where they are based.
2. They sort out their delivery times. I can ship to the USA in 3 days and Australia in 10. Nearly 7 weeks is very poor in this day and age, or they should clearly stress this is the likely time it would take.

Complete scam, do not buy anything! I bought a walking pad, i paid for the more expensive option to have it delivered from Europe - but then they sent me info it was coming from China. I asked for updates twice a week as i did not get tracking info, eventually they sent me a link and it was bogus - just a Courier pick up label. My Amex card immediately gave me a refund, and funnily their customer service never gave me updates - if their finance department instantly updated their customer service team of my transaction dispute through Amex, they wpuld be the songle most efficient real company in the world. But clearly they are not a real company, also according to all other reviews.
A note to TrustPilot: please check all other medium/good reviews posted for Teknostore. Aren’t you suspicious that all negative reviews are very detailed and clearly genuine - and all the positive ones are very generic? Could you perhaps ask those reviewers for related evidence, as set out in your terms and conditions?

I ordered my scooter by June 8th with a shipping between 7- 30 days and after realising it might come from China I immediately notified I wanted to cancel. This is within their T&Cs as it was within 24 hours.

They confirmed it was coming from Germany so I asked delivery date without still giving my consent to carrying on with delivery but they said the shipped already.

The gave a tracking number 3 weeks later (30 th June) but basically on UPS website said that label was created for UPS To pick up.

It is 23 July (45 days since ordered) and the status hasn’t changed so no shipped. I asked them several times and they said that is on the way and it should come before aug 17th (more than 2 months)

Don’t trust them at all and really believe comes from china or never come back! They might think we are idiot customers!

Ordered a pair of red shoes, didn't realise as price in euros that they are in China. Took weeks to arrive but they were the wrong colour.
Using their website, their customer services did reply within 48 hours to my posts. I wanted them to pay for return post and send out correct shoes, but eventually 4 weeks after receiving the shoes we agreed that they refund me 50%, which is now in my account. Not amazing service, but also not as bad as I had feared reading these reviews!

All ok with my delivery. Only 1 day of delay. I will buy here again

I will never ever order from Teknistore.
No customer service. No deadline. Homesite is very deceptive.
I was very lucky that I paid by Paypal that is why I got my money back (£350) yesterday after 37 days.

U can see how they ignored my complain by their email, 21 days since I ordered the item.
Absolutely unacceptable!
On that day I ordered the phone from Amazon and got it the following day and I started the refund procedure by Paypal.

Under no circumstances buy from this company. Paid over £200 for an item for sons birthday. 6 weeks after ordering im still waiting. As with other reviews on here you get the same rubbish emails blaming UPS and saying it will arrive in a few days...
