Excellent service. Bought Xiaomi Mi Play Gold. The 4GB RAM model was out of stock. Teknistore offered me the 6 GB RAM model for €11 extra which I accepted. The phone arrived in UK within a week. Phone is absolutely gorgeous and works great.
I was impressed by the cheap price-only AliExpress was cheaper but they don't use Paypal like Teknistore.
Would def purchase from Teknistore again

I had a very good experience after deciding to take a chance in ordering from "overseas" instead of just Amazon in USA. Website very clear instructions, follow up was accurate and timely, value of purchase and delivery cost was excellent. Customer service on questions and comments were quick and to the point. I will shop here again when I am looking for another similar product harder to get in USA.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. I ordered microphone & amplifier from teknistore for kids. One of the microphone holder was broken and when I contacted with the customer service, they immetiately response my email and try to solve my issue and I got a partial refund immediately. Customer service is very good but I think logistics department should have been improved.

I ordered a 21.50 US$ WESUNCO WS-869 Multifunction Wireless Bluetooth Tf Card Radio Headset from this seller but I received from them just a SUOYANA S-750 wired headset, that costs not more than 9 US$ in other stores. At my complaint sent trough PayPal they responded that they don't sell SUOYANA S-750 and that I am wrong. Probably, they meant to say I have hallucinations! And they don't proposed any reasonable compensation for this fraud, so I insisted that all my money to be returned (my mistake). PayPal informed me that this case has been decided in my favor and that I will need to ship the item back to the seller. But I don't trust this seller anymore and I can expect that they will found a way to not confirm the receipt of the item, so I will lose all my money togheter with the received wrong headset, which however works and can be used, even it is not wireless. So, my advice for other buyers in a similar situation is to request only a resonable compensation without returning the received item, if it can be used in some way. And don't trust this seller!

Very communicative and helpful Support.
Had trouble with a wrong delivered phone, which can happen to every logistics department. However all my questions were answered and I was guided very well.
Some patience is requiered throughout long distance from Asia to Europe.

The good was never delivered. Only after claiming PayPal and opening a support ticket (with mention PayPal) I got response by the seller, two mails before were ignored. The tracking of the package was interrupted or stuck at a place. They told me, they are trying to solve the problem, but after three weeks no sign that anything happens. No contact from the seller by himself.

Not sure, if I had got my money back without PayPal.
