I received exactly what I expected. I placed already 2 orders and had great customer service.

It was my first time ordering a phone true Teknistore and I was a little bit afraid because I didn't know the company.
The result was perfect I contacted twice the support and they were really fast and accurate with the answers and I received my phone on time as it was written in the web site. I would recommend to order true there website and I would buy again from them.

I bought some accessory from them. The goods correspond to the description and the quality is good. I received the tracking number by email after my order was shipped.

Update: After putting my order in mid October I still dont have my phone Dec. 11. Just got an email from the courier that if I want to receive the phone which traveled around the world for 2 month now I have to pay an additional tax. I am in Germany and placed my order in an UK shop. But take care they send from China and tell you by support later that it was your choice to order from china not UK. Which was not. Don't order at teknistore. Worst experience ever.

Didn't receive my order after 6 weeks. The Support Center is just trying to gain time till you can not cancel your Paypal payment. Teknisttoreservice means asking you to call the courier yourself or go to a postoffice without any information. Check that there is just really bad reviews or really good ones (fake?). You should not buy anything here!

I buy many jewelry with free shipping. It take around 20 - 25 days but I receive always my goods.

The worst experience of an online retailer I have ever had. I don't normally write reviews but I just had to for this one.

I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered after 2 months of waiting. They have consistently lied to me over email about its shipment status and after asking for a refund for several weeks I have had no reply. Then, had another email this morning saying its been shipped after 2 months! Ridiculous.

If you value your sanity, DO NOT use this company.

About my experience, I recommend to anyone. I found the smartphone at good price and I have chosed shipping from Europe. After my order was shipped I received the tracking number.

I placed my order 1 week ago and I received my order today. Support service replied by email fast at all my questions and help me to follow my shipment.

I have placed an order- a phone to this site on 12.09.2018 and the date when I place the order was written that the phone is on stock. So after a few days I contact them to ask why the preparation time of 3 days as is written on the site, is not respected and the answer was:

18.09.2018:

Dear customer,

The smartphone Oukitel K7 will be shipped from 27 September, when your order is shipped you receive the tracking number.

Because on 27.09.2018 nothing happened I raised a new ticket on 28.09.2018 and the answer was:

Dear customer,

Your order is delivered to courier warehouse and in the next days we'll send you the tracking number. Is not possible cancel your order because is already sent out.
Please, be patience some day more.

So I was waiting another few days, I raised a new ticket and the answer was:

Dear customer,

Thank you to contact Teknistore.
As we already explained in the previouys email, there is some day of delay with Oukitel K7, actually here in Chian is holiday and the courier come back to work from October 5th. You will receive the tracking number in the next days, please be patience still some day.

So I think that I has patience enough from 12.09.2018 until 09.10.2018- passed almost one month and my phone didn't left China.

I don't recommends to anyone to buy from this site. They take the money and after one month the ordered product is still not delivered. But they never informed me before to accept my payment about this long delay. I am still wondering if I will get my phone or not. I am deeply disappointed.

Hello everybody. I wanted to share my BAD experience with this awful online store.

I bought a Blackview BV9500 smartphone on the 6th of August 2018. The product was displayed as "On stock" when I purchased it. The processing time was announced of 3 days. So after no news and 3 days passed, I contacted with the store to have some information about it.
I received this answer on the 9th of August 2018:

"Dear customer,

Thank you to contact Teknistore.
Blackview BV9500 is a new phone and there is some day of delay with shipment for this phone. The order is in progress and soon we'll send you the tracking number of your shipment.
Regards,

On the 16th of August, still no news about the order. So I sent a new email, and received this answer:

"Dear customer,

This week we'll receive the new stock, the new stock includes also your phone. We confirm in the next days we'll ship your order and we'll send you immediately the tracking number.

On the 22nd of August, still no news. So I sent again a reminder.
Answer received this time:

"Dear customer,

Within 5/6 days you could receive the tarcking number. Please, be patient some day.

On the 30th of August, finally, a kind of solution is offered to me from the store:

"Dear customer,

Actually there is delay with black and yellow colors. In fact, we have shipped all Blackview BV9500 green color. Do you accept to receive the green color? If yes, we can ship very soon your order.

I wasn't interested by another color of the model I bought so I declined the offer.

I had then to open an incidence with Paypal to finally obtain a tracking number on the 15th of September.

I found the smartphone left over my entrance door, without anything else, on the 28th of September 2018.

2 months of lateness to have a goddamn phone, and being asked to "be patient some day" let me think that these guys worth a sad 1/5 score.

I don't recommand at all!!

Customer care good, I asked for a little discount and they sent me a coupon code in a few minutes. Good the shipping times also although this can be improved. After my order was shipped I got the tracking number for it.

I bought my Xiaomi smart accessory with priority shipping methods. I got the parcel in 10 days without customs fee. For me all ok
