Bought an item wich said, you pay delivery xpress and in 3-5 days it is at home. I contact them and they say is your country delivery fault. But they don’t give me money that they have charged me for delivery xpress.

EDIT (5th October 2018): It took 4 full weeks and few days to get the item, while in their site it is stated 4-6 days. I had to pay 16£ in UK taxes to retrieve it because they send it marked as "gift", while they should pay the taxes for it. Note that it is NOT written anywhere that the customer has to pay for the item at the arrival. The tracking is null and I payed 10£ for their "express delivery". It basically says only "SENT" and "ARRIVED". Will not use their services again and will never recommend it. Also, when you ask information to them, they reply with bad manners and poor English. They also claimed that my review is not valid, except I have all the receipts and emails and can give exact proof of everything. Including the fact that they send the item as "gift" which is also illegal because I paid for it.

EDIT (30th August 2018): After giving a 1 star review and after making a claim with Paypal, the item has been immediately shipped. Is it the power of reviews and of Paypal protection policy? Or was it just me too impatient and they were already shipping it? When I receive the item I will decide if giving another star and change again the review.

Unacceptable. After 8 days my phone is still with the "preparation in progress". Their 24h live chat is unavailable at all times: "There are no agents available right now to take your call. Please leave a message and we will reply by email.". When you write them they reply with poor English and awful manners. They say that they were only waiting for the carrier to pick the item, but another 3 days have passed over it. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible service its been 18 days since I ordered a phone and it still says preparation in progress. For the last 10 days I've been sending emails at the begging they were replying saying don't worry in the next few days we will send it; know they've stopped replying.
Dreadful service buy from Amazon or eBay even if you have to pay 10£ more it's not worth the hassle. Updating my review it is now the 21 of august and i have finally been refunded my money, it has been more than a month and in the meantime i've been threatened not to get my money back unless I deleted this review, I've been called a lair about the things I wrote in the review, and I didn't receive the smartphone that I ordered because it wasn't in stock even if the website says otherwise even now. If I could I would give this company 0 STARS (good luck of you are planning to buy from them)

Ordered a pricy Huawei phone with 2y warranty and EU tax free delivery.
Handset fell apart (as usual with H. phones) after the 1st year, sent to CN for repair, paid some 20 bucks for shipping. T did not return via EU Express so the custom catched it and wanted further 60 bucks plus tons of paperwork. T never provided the necessary original custom papers and generally, there's ZERO assistance or cooperation so i NEVER got my phone back and paid an extra fee to "get it rid"... one of the worst experiences i had with online stores the whole last decade. Avoid it.

I had a problem with my drone. In explained my problem to Teknistore support and they just send me 2 free spare parts motors. Now my drone is flying again.

Very bad experience, received broken phone (in transport of course, not store's fault) but when opening a ticket they refused to help, transferred blame to UPS and threaten not to communicate with me if I open PayPal dispute. It was frustrating and had to open PayPal dispute because they shifted blame and not wanting to resolve issue. Eventually, they stopped communication with me, ignoring everything, even on PayPal. After more than 1 month, phoning PayPal support and giving extended photo and transcript proof I received my money back (after returning the phone back). Avoid them at all cost.
