I bought a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and it was delivered the next day. The speaker works well; no issues with bluetooth connection. Excellent service!

The item's packaging itself was badly torn; I'm surprised that the controller seems (so far) without major flaws. Furthermore, I had no notice of any 'attempted delivery' and had to manually check the tracking link sent by Parcelforce to find there was no note left. I don't put the blame on Tekzone for this part of it but I want to flag it in case there is something to be done to prevent that in future, and let it be known that my item's box was badly torn.

Bose headphones
Brilliant service, fast delivery. I was a bit worried about ordering from a company I hadn't heard of before. I really wanted the earphones in a certain colour & couldn't get them for such a good price anywhere else so I took a chance. Really pleased with them.
