Happy lady wonderful service

A mechanic was ready when i arrived with car. He started the work while I was booking in. Work completed in less than an hour. Receptionist checked what work I was expecting.

Having initially speaking to Hannah I was impressed with the customer service on the phone, however they exceeded my expectations with an unbelievably quick turn around for diagnosis and fixing! I cannot recommend this garage enough and will 100% be coming back! Thank you for providing an exception experiance

Simple quick reliable honest

I used Teltyres to replace my clutch because the cost was much more reasonable than the authorised dealer. Even though Audi delivered faulty parts, the team at Teltyres were very professional and did not pass on any additional costs to me. Their customer service was great, front desk and mechanics friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back!

Very efficient and friendly technicians. I had an appointment booked, which was started on time. I have given only 4 stars as the tyres were set to the wrong tyre pressure, which I corrected when I got home.

Car time booked in the previous day and on arrival the team were ready to begin work to resolve a slow puncture. They worked proficiently and in a polite and courteous way and repaired the tyre very quickly. No hanging about even though they were extremely busy.

One star is for effort, -4 for unacceptable work and false advertising on your website. Please avoid at all costs!!! I had a wheel locking nut problem which teltyres claim they are professionals, experts which I found out to be an absolute joke. when there was an apprentice hacking at my rims like he was gonna miss Christmas. And to make matters worse I have a wheel damaged and not removable. Teltryes gave me my keys and said find someone else after 6hours of waiting I’ve been to two garages and they refuse to make it worse. There was no duty of care to my vehicle at all so now a 20/30 pound job, as they was changing price. Has cost me hundreds cheers guys.
