Installation was easy. I wish the technician would have offered to install the cable elsewhere in the residence as I would have liked an ethernet connection to my PC in my office.

After 35 yrs. of working in telecom for major corporations, one learns what service quality and quality service from a vendor is all about. From my overall experience, they checked all the boxes on how to provide service properly. I could easily see the experience and professionalism of the organisation, especially the install technicians.
Hats off to all those involved!
Network availability and reliability, no issues. Speed, within acceptable limits. Billing, no issues. Support, no issues.
