It is so good to have someone to speak to when you have any issues. Quick response and hopefully problem solved in no time at all. We can now all get on with our working day whilst situation still being monitored to ensure no further assistance required.

David visited us today and once again his professionalism assistance was excellent, no matter what I requested he was able to do this for us, polite and courteous at all times, David is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I recommend him and his company for any telecom needs they may have. Nicola and her team I’ve been dealing with for over 10yrs and with out hesitation can’t recommend them enough. Instant response to any issue we ever had. We have been in contract with Telecomnetworks for a few years now. They were very easy to deal with from the word go, made the change over very smooth when it came to connecting up the new phone system and broadband lines and continue to be supportive if we have any issues. Very quick with communication.

Ayrshire Car Breaker has been with Telecomnetworks for at least 14 years and our serivice and customer relations has been exceptional, any problems with our telephone and wifi lines have allways been fixed within minutes on the same day and have never had any problems, they have definitely been the most cost effective monthly bills compared to any other telephone or wifi provider, wish we had know about them in 2010 and it would have been 16 years of business, due to my husband and I retiring (which we really are looking forward too) we recommend any business to use them. We required assistance with an online answering message to go on the system for a certain period each day and we were assisted by Chelsea who was fantastic. She took the time to understand what it was we required as a firm and indeed set up the phone system to accommodate our needs, quickly and efficiently. This was followed up by Chelsea to ensure that everything was set up as required. Great Customer Service.

David Crangle and Ben at Telecom Networks installed our company telephone system. They were both very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. From start to finish, we were kept updated by Katieleigh in Customer Services, who oversaw our installation. The service was excellent all round, and the installation day went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Telecom Networks team deal with queries promptly, such as configuration changes on phones, and follow up by phone or call as appropriate, to ensure resolution of the query. The whole team are easy to deal with, thank you.

I had a broadband issues yesterday and after going through a few things with me over the phone, it was recognised that there was a line issue. It was immediately sent over to their engineers and I was kept informed through every step. The issue was resolved within 24 hrs

I had an issue with a handset not working properly, after an email to Lisa she ran through some checks with me and arranged for a replacement without any hassle. The team handled the issue swiftly and professionally and the new device works perfectly. I’m impressed by how smoothly the whole process went. Great service and support!

I had an issue with not being able to delete historical voicemail message from the app. I received a speedy reply and assistance from Lisa Simmons, Service Adviser.

Lisa was informative and extremely helpful and I was able to resolve the issue I had thanks to Lisa.
