I ordered an iPhone XS with order number TD55410 on a Thursday, they said it would come the next day, then they said it would come on Tuesday, then they said it would come on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday, and now I still have not gotten an email reply after 4 days. Absolutely pathetic. I would never recommend buying from TelefoonDiscounter.

Order number: TD31608 (Because last time I wrote a review they made trust pilot remove it, and made me fight to prove that my review was legitimate...)

So I got my (Als goede as nieuw) iPhone 7 roughly 1 year ago from this website. Besides the obvious wear and tear, noticeable screen replacement, it was an overall unpleasant experience. As I wrote in a previous review, you get what you pay for.

However, today my phone experienced the iPhone 7 'no service' bug, which basically means that a part of the logic board died. This only happens on A1660 models, sold in China. (according to apple "iPhone 7 devices may show "No Service" in the status bar (even if cellular coverage is available), due to a component that has failed on the main logic board.")

I've taken care of this phone PERFECTLY, as I only used it as an experimental camera in my studio. I literally have used it once per month. It's sat in a tripod, basically the entire time.

Today my current phone died, and decided I could use this as a back up. I popped the simcard in and after immense troubleshooting and headaches I see that this phone was plagued by the bug. I'm starting to wonder if it ever actually was working?

I'm just astonished that they would even sell this model. I'm just learning about this model problem now, but you expect a mobile phone retailer to at least not sell known faulty models! It's just a bad feeling. If the camera stopped working, or the battery was bad I could overlook it as its a used product. But I would never expect them to actually give me a known defective product...

Lastly, I'll focus on the only positives; which was a flawless delivery; fast and easy.

I'm waiting now over 14 mins. in the (seemingly endless) queue. I ordered an I-phone X two & a half weeks ago, still waiting. Called twice got (friendly) replies "it's coming Saturday, you'll get it Monday." Then Monday (this week) "It's in, you'll get it Thursday." Now it's Thursday, no message or Track N Trace that it is on its way. AH! They answered "It's sent" - but still no T&T #??? pfffff.

Zeer tevreden over kwaliteit IPhone en leveringstijd.

My experience was this company started as a heavy rain and finished as a sunshine! The first iphone 6 (64gb) which i ordered was not working properly (screen defect ), took us around a week to figure out a good communication. BUT
in the end they send me another iphone 6s (64gb) with a complete discount because of the communication delay !! That was a great gesture from TelephoneDiscounter.nl to provide me a better model and have not too pay extra !! The new iphone 6s works like new and looks like new!! I can not be more happy ! I was amazed how this company can take into account the miscommunication recognise the delay and offer me a complete discount to the 6s, not a lot of companies are able to do this , so i considered them as trust worthy provider for refurbished phones that takes the customer needs seriously , and i am sure i will order for them in the future !

The phone was delivered very quickly and looks just like how it was described. Works perfect and looks good. The earbuds and the audio converter are bad though. The buds are clearly fake apple (it’s like they’re from AliExpress or something like that) and have the worst audio quality ever. The audio converter worked fine during the first week of using it, now my earbuds don’t work anymore when i use it. When using it on other devices without the converter they’re fine.

So, if you’re looking for a good phone this site is perfect, but don’t expect great earbuds etc.

Phone was received in good order. Camera settings where slightly faulty, will need repair.

Refurbished iPhone 5s besteld, software probleem, teruggestuurd, refurbished iPhone 7 besteld, perfect. Door foutje distributie centrum iPhone 5s wederom opgestuurd naar mij, melding gemaakt, gratis teruggestuurd, geld binnen 2 weken terug, prima communicatie, kortom: prima bedrijf!
