It took overlong to get my order fulfilled. I figured the delay likely occurred at Customs/JFK. When it finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The little “robot puppies” that are photographed... See more

SCAM
How are they still advertising these realistic puppies? They need to be taken down as they are selling junk! Very disappointing!
Gave it 1 star as that's the lowest…
Gave it 1 star as that's the lowest option. Watch the video off of Google multiple times, of the cutest little puppies. AI run, realistic etc. What you will receive are little battery operated mechanical dogs that are not even close to realistic. Stuff that could have been bought at any Walmart, or other retail store for less money. Junk. Total scam.
Bad advertising you are all scammers…
Bad advertising you are all scammers and should be ashamed for this! And when you try calling they don’t answer and I did the email to speak to someone by via email they wanna charge $5 just to answer questions you are so bad and need to be removed for scamming people I’m make sure you all won’t do it to the next people god don’t like ugly!
First they sent me 4 of those stupid…
First they sent me 4 of those stupid dogs that just make noise and nothing else can't seem to get my money back SCAM
I only ordered one and get one free I contacted my bank they closed my account and I had to open a new one it took a week before I got my new card what a pain in the butt what I went through and still no money back
You suck
You suck. Your product is crap. I wouldn’t give it to my dog.
The Nicco toy I received was a scam
The Nicco toy I received was a scam. It was a battery operated yapping dog that did nothing but make noise and move foreward and back. I foolishly agreed to take a 14 dollar credit rather than return the useless toy. They say they have a full money back return policy but they were giving me a hard time. Don’t buy from this company. You’ll be disappointed
Paid for my order
Paid for my order. Then no response, received nothing. Multiple bad reviews that I did not see prior to ordering. It’s too bad there is no way to alert others that this company is a scam. There should be a way to have these reviews linked to anyone trying to order from this company
This company needs to be sued
This company needs to be sued, totally false advertisement it's a battery operated dog that just walks and makes a weird bark, I asked for a refund they offered me 10 dollars lol
What a scam
What a scam. It a battery operated toy that barks, walks forward a couple of steps and back, over and over. $5 in a novelty store. Reported them to our attorney general’s fraud department. Stay away!
I think the only way they can improve…
I think the only way they can improve is to stop selling false advertised items. It is a shame that a company like that can take advantage of so many innocent people. My Grand daughter was so disappointed especially after seeing the advertisement of a totally different dog. Some agency should shut them down!
Cheated, false advertisement
How can this company improve? They can send what they advertise. I received two $3.99 battery operated dog from the dollar store. They charged $45 for nothing.
The other question asked what went wrong? I trusted this company to send what they advertised. Do not buy this product.
This company is a fraud.
As so many other reviewers have said this company is terrible. They send a product that is different from what is ordered and offered finally to send me a little bit of a refund if I'd keep it I don't want it I want what I ordered and now they're refusing to respond.
False advertising!
If I could rate zero that's what I would do. I ordered these for grandkids and they are false advertising. The puppy just goes in a circle. It doesn't sit or walk. False advertising. Do not buy!

This is the email I got from telegram customer service.
This was my response
First I noticed that you didn’t offer to send what your video shows. I am beginning to believe they don’t exist.
Just the ones that jump around and bark. I believe you could get them in a toy store for $10 to $15.
I would like to have a Full refund and if you want these back, send me a packing slip and I’ll send them back.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
Jimmy
Have not heard a word yet. I found on Walmart site the same dog for $6. DO NOTFALL FOR THIS SCAM.
My card was hit 3 times for a product…
My card was hit 3 times for a product vs once. I contacted CHASE BANK to stop the transaction. They said I have to wait 14 days to see if I get my product. If not, then I can file a claim and CHASE will try to get Telegelam to send back the money (a not likely event - CHASE is sidestepping the problem. I can shut the CORPORTATE card down, but the transaction will still be on the new one. CRAP
Robot Puppy worst product ever
This product was a complete disappointment. The battery fell out almost immediately, and even after I managed to get it started, it wouldn’t stay clicked up. It felt flimsy and unreliable—honestly, like a joke. I strongly urge others not to waste their money on this. I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. Don’t get suckered into buying this.
What a joke
What a joke! The joke was on me and anyone else that orders these dogs. I was under the impression from the advertisement that they were USB chargeable. I got them and it’s a battery operated dog. I would say it’s like a wind up toy. It does nothing but move along the floor. One of them doesn’t even do that. It goes around in circles. They don’t bark, they don’t sit. Do not order these dogs.
False advertising
The 2 dogs that I got wasn't nothing robotic about it. They were just stuffed toys for $50. I could've got stuffed dogs at the dollar store
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ROBOTIC PUPPY SCAM
This is a total scam. What you pay for and what you get are very very different. Product is sub-standard and does not perform even closely to what is advertised. I am literally going to throw these away.
The FTC needs to take this company down
The FTC needs to take this company down. I’ll report them. They show live real puppies in the ads not the fake stuffed puppies not the same. It’s all fake. It’s all a scam. Don’t give them your credit card.
