Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator.

Call quality is avarage
Call quality is avarage, delays in sound and not full duplex. This might not be fault of the tp. com entirely as the call is routed though many networks.

-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://telephonepakistan.com/access_numbers.

Not being able to add funds via the app is not a good customer experience. Then having to change log in based on the PIN provided by either telephonepakistan.com or keepcalling.com is also frustrating.
