I am a very happy user of Telescope Live facilities.

I have used Telescope Live's facilities for almost three years now. I have always experienced superb, prompt and professional service from Telescope Live. It is so great to be able to use a network of telescopes outside the UK to obtain one's very own astronomical images. Observing credits purchased from Telescope Live make a great present for any astro-observers in your life.

A very organised company with great access to professional equipment

A very organised company with great access to some amazing telescopes with the best cameras on them to use the cameras is so simple even my sister could do it as a bonus of a gold member but you can download all the data that the professionals have done and for you to process them and come up with your own image the tutorials are very good and explain exactly how to process astrophotography also I have a tutor from the site if I have any questions difficulties he will answer the questions show me where I'm going wrong or where I'm going right I can highly recommend this site for anyone but you're someone with the love of astrophotography you won't get better

Excellent value for money!

I've thought about remote imaging plenty of times before, but it always seems extremely expensive. I'm currently on the silver plan with Telescope.Live, and I can confirm that it is excellent value for money! With the "one click observations" I'm able to grab data on 5 targets every single night - which builds up to a large amount of data in a very short amount of time as the same targets come back around in the schedule quite often - don't worry, there's plenty of variety too. The quality of the data is obviously far better than I can get from my back garden and cloudy skies. This is from 3 different observatories, in both hemispheres, with dark skies and professional telescopes. I've yet to use the advanced request functions, but I can see from other people in the gallery the capabilities available here. All of this and including the tutorials from expert astrophotographers and access to pro data sets gives me confidence that I'm getting a lot for my money!

My experience with Telescope live

Telescope live has been such a great experience. Ive only just gotten into astrophotography in late 2020 and have bought a few small telescopes for my self and tried my own imaging and I caught the bug so to speak. I found telescope live from my favorite youtubers. So I checked it out and they had a free trail which aloud me to dip my toes into using some big and really expensive telescopes to get so outstanding images that I could take the raw files and stretch the image myself. I was so happy with my experience not only with the images I was getting but also the emails from Marco and Chantal teaching you certain things about telescope lives service or news updating you on new and exciting things and even about the images users post in the gallery. Its a awesome service and I will recommend this service to everyone I come across. Thank you everyone at telescope live!

Great service

This service allows me to reach deep space objects that otherwise would require a lot of money either for traveling to the other hemisphere with full gear or buying truly expensive equipment, not to mention the extraordinary location where these telescopes are located.
It is a great addition to my astrophotography options. Although I'm still trying to tackle with the question are these photographs are actually my work or not really but having the options to take images of small objects, objects out of my sight or actually taking any images during a 2,5 month long bad weather is amazing.

Winter Processing Practice

It's been really nice to spend the winter learning how to process data, without having to collect it in the freezing cold. Also have enjoyed finding new targets to shoot when the weather gets warmer. The app is very accessible and the service is one of a kind!

Exceeds Expactations!

Electricity was a luxury in the little village we spent our summer holidays; my father’s home place. Every night, the street lights went down at 11pm and the country starry skies gave a one-of-a-kind light show.
Some forty-five years ago, my father pointed to the night-sky and showed me the Ursa Major constellation for the first time. I was told she was a mama bear and, like all mama bear’s in the world, she had a little cub… Ursa Minor. That little story at my age of five has been what sparked my imagination and hunger to know more and more about the stars.
Ever since, I was looking forward to visiting our country house and every night at 11pm, my father’s words would take me to the Moon and beyond.
And, that was then.
Today’s light pollution has made it hard for us, city people, to enjoy a starry night sky. Actually, where I live, one needs to travel for hours to get to a remote, dark location and still, the horizon is always lit up.
That hunger to watch and learn about our solar system and what’s outside our little cosmic bubble has been constantly growing and here’s where Telescope Live comes to not only bridge the gap but offer a “hands-on” interaction with the Cosmos.

Being a photographer on a budget, who cannot afford the equipment needed, Telescope Live has been offering me the chance to schedule my own projects, always with high quality images, through a very comprehensive, user-friendly interface that makes it so easy to handle even for a beginner, like I used to be.
This is the reason I always introduce and recommend Telescope Live to my friends and the members of the social media groups I belong to.
Another thing that makes Telescope Live my first choice of space bodies exploration is that the platform is evolving and it becomes richer and friendlier to the user.
Also, the quality and locations of the telescopes in use, cover a wide range of projects to work on, and the results can be stunning.

Apart from the observations platform, Telescope Live offers a great number of links to get the most out of one’s engagement with the Cosmos. Educational resources, Astronomy articles, Video tutorials and a Help Center at the push of a button.
One-click Observations is a feature I have talked about numerous times when discussing with my fellow astrophotographers and space enthusiasts online, prompting them to sign up and start feasting on planets, galaxies, nebulae and clusters of stars and encouraging them to start scheduling their own observations.

In my opinion, it is a place where the amateur and the professional can meet or even exceed their expectations.
Personally speaking, Telescope Live has been the platform that bridged the gap between my five-year-old, space enthusiast self and the person I am today and it has become a valuable tool for my space observations.

Wow! Simply wow!

Telescope Live is the easiest and highest quality remote astrophotography platform I have ever used.

I’ve struggled before with unavailability of systems, poor frames, and expensive time.

Telescope Live allows even the novice to enjoy great quality frames with One Click and Pro Data Sets.

The delivered files are already calibrated and ready to import into your favorite processing software.

No waiting for good weather!

The Advanced Requests allow me more control, and with a simple q&a format that allows me to cite the object and list my exposures. The result is a clear and reliable estimate of the cost. Something I had to always guess at before.

The scheduling system is intuitive and uncluttered. I don’t have to calculate the observing window or moon phase beforehand.

Wait! There’s more.

The tutorials a concise and spot on.
The tutors are friendly, helpful, and available for questions and have my best interest in mind with techniques that are within the realm of my expertise.

I really can go on and on.
Telescope Live is now my go to astrophotography platform.

I have processed and published multiple targets in just one day.

Keep it up!

I can’t wait until I can move to a Gold subscription.

Thank you for bringing the stars down to earth.

The best online platform to get clean datasets

The best online platform to get quality datasets for astrophotographers. My Astro-image processing skill drastically increased using datasets from Telescope Live. Quality of data matters if you want to pull out the useful information from it - Telescope Live provides you that "clean data".

A must have for those wanting a magnificent opportunity to use superior scopes

It's great to be able to use great scopes with great skies. I have my own advanced setup in Wisconsin. While I can get some good results with my setup the skies are almost never clear and have lots of atmospheric disturbance. I have been able to finally start to hone my processing skills by using telescope live as I can get lots of high quality images to practice on!

High Quality telescopes and easy to use

Telescope Live has research grade telescopes that let you get the most out of your imaging times. Their One-click observations are the best if you are starting in Astrophotography. You can choose from several deep sky objects every night and you will get 30 mins of imaging time in either LRGB or narrowband filters. I recommend Telescope Live to anyone interested in starting Astrophotography as it is cheap and data quality is exceptional compared to other remote observatories.

So far, So Good

So far the images have been very good... At first, they weren't showing up as completed and did not show under my One Click observations, but they fixed that and so far, so good.

Easy to use, not too expensive. A negative: There are not too much objects in the One click Observations and cannot to see which one filters use the telescopes (example: RGB or SHO).

Telescope.live 2.0 is a hit.

Giving this five stars is perhaps somewhat tentative since Telescope.live 2.0 has only been live for a few weeks. That said, the one-click observations and the pro data sets are fabulous.

Having these observations available gives me material that I can use to hone my processing skills as well as introducing me to celestial objects that I am unfamiliar with. As my skills grow, I look forward to finding special observations through the advanced observation facility.

I have been doing photography for many years but in these pandemic days when traveling is so restricted I love being able to explore without leaving home.

For me, Telescope.live 2.0 is a hit.

If you are serious about…

If you are serious about astrophotography telescope live services are top of the line, frames are clean with low noise. They come back calibrated, but you can download the Calibration frames to Cosmetically Correct the odd hot/cold pixel or bad CCD column. If you are just starting the one click observation service is a great way to start.
