The company went wrong when they say that the bags are large when they are a extra large bag and they don’t do exchanges if you’re not going to do exchanges make the bags look like they really look on the website because only the website a large don’t look extra large. It looks like a large.

I order the medium duffle bag and the bag was grewat color but the size was not what I expected. I try to do a return so I can order the small duffle and it tells me that I cant do returns on sale items. I never brought it on sale and if that bag was on sale then I would've got two bags. No customer number to contact this scam they got going on. I will report to cusomer and go with the news as well

I placed my order October 2, 2025 and I have not received it. It was not the latest dropped item, but a pair of earrings. I sent an email to inquire about the item and the response stated my order has been received and being processed. As of today 10/25/25, I have not received an email confirmation on shipping nor the product.

Poor communication on behalf of Telfar. Along unusually long wait times for delivery of items. It has been two weeks since I've ordered.

I love shopping at Telfar, not only do they have some of the nicest bags - but their customer service is exceptional.

Customer service has weird vibes. Feels like there is a very young intern handling their emails. They have a weird condescending attitude, frequent typos and an unprofessionally casual tone that’s very off putting.
