Telrite gets a 0 for customer support
Telrite is the umbrella company for various MVNO.
My one star report is for their customer support at one of their companies.
Company recently changed its login process for the website. It now sends a SMS for 2-factor authentication.
If the token is not sent, one is left to contact support, that simply emails back they can not help, and suggest to login (yes, really) or call their helpline.
I let you guess how long you stay waiting on the helpline, because apparently they have never heard of callback numbers.
And this is for a customer that has been with the company multiple years. All that trust erased, now I am "unverified", because their login process changed, their IT can't send SMS and their ticket support is allergic to understanding and helping customers.
