Some of the worst customer service - more than 24hours for esim activation!

Some of the worst customer service. Purchased an esim and it took more than 24hours for them to sort out the activation. Every time I message or call them, it's the standard reply that their team is working on it and will be done in the next 2-3hours. Keeps repeating the same thing over and over again! Can't even bloody cancel my order as they just ignored my request and continue to ask me to wait.

Dealing with Victor at Telstra/Telsim…

Dealing with Victor at Telstra/Telsim was a pleasure.
In 10 to 15 minutes, he resolved my issues quickly efficiently and professionally.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience previously with another team member.
However, by contrast Victor excelled and i very very very happy with his support. Was able to resolve my issues so quickly.. thank you
