Temala.de, gives you the impression that you are ordering through their website from Germany with German quality with amazing pictures but in fact everything comes form China with the lowest quality. It seems that Temala has zero control over the producers or quality, they are only interested in selling. After you complain about the bad quality, they offer you cash back of 10% or 15% and you can keep the purchase. I guess this is how they do money. Their products cost fraction of their prices so if they pay you back 15% and you keep the product they still make over 50% net profit after deducting transport and custom duty. It is basically a big scam.

I have ordered three businesses suites for appr. 150€ and all of them were too small for my husband. I sent them back, but the parcel has been lost, so I never got the refund.
Due to the fact that Temala did not send invoices, I only got a screenshot of my order, the post refused to pay out the insurance sum.
All in all I paid 150€ for nothing.
I am very disappointed.

Terrible, plain terrible. Fraudulent website. Poses as though in Germany but be careful, it is from china. Terrible quality, smaller sizes. Thieves!

Return is just a whole long stressful amd expensive process.

The clothes are not as good as shown on the pictures. The quality is bad and the sizes are not true. The return is too expensive.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying from this store. The product I received did not match the pictures on the website. When I tried to return it, I was told to send it back to China!! – even though I ordered from Germany. The return shipping cost me €45, which I paid in hopes of getting a refund.
However, to my surprise, the package was returned to me, and since then, the company has stopped responding to my emails. I’ve lost a significant amount of money and time. This has been my worst online shopping experience so far.

Stay away from this vendor. False advertising--what was advertised as a suede coat is a piece of polyester rag (and one that took forever to arrive) Zero accountability from customer service incl. never owning up to selling cheap imitations and false advertising (their website claims they stand for high quality out of Berlin-none of it true).No solution after two months (PayPal no help either, so don't count on them since all they came up with -and adding insult to injury & the only way to get one's money back --was suggesting to ship their fake ware back to China). Run, dont walk
