Credit where due, excellent customer service.
Having purchased a thermometer from Tempcon in the past, with excellent results, I recently purchased two more. Both were defective ( a manufacturers poor batch, damage in transit?).On notifying the problem to Tempcon, and returning the damaged goods, they immediately rectified the problem by sending me upgraded replacements. Well done Tempcon.
