ACCUR8 DWS7100 failed after two years.
I purchased an ACCUR8 DWS7100 weather station in Jan 2024, it arrived promptly and has worked well until the beginning of 2026 when it stopped communicating with the Console. I contacted Weather Shop who advised me how to get it working again. I followed their instructions and it started communicating with the console. It is however very finicky.
A few weeks later I had to change the Wi-Fi settings and once again it failed to communicate with the console, also the remote temperature/humidity sensor has stopped communicating with the console. No matter how many times I followed the Weather Shop procedure I couldn't get the Weather station or the remote sensor to communicate with the console.
It is now useless to me and I will need to purchase a new one but it won't be from Weather Shop.

I have ordered some duff items in my life but this one is
by far at the top of the list. The instructions were totally
ridiculous, nothing in the instructions referred to how one fits the rubber contraption to the frame to stop
it from falling off your face absolutely ridiculous. There
were pages and pages of instructions in chinese but
when it came to the English Language they were minimal. Taking into consideration this is Britain and if
you want to get British Customers you should pay more
attention in reaching out much more to people in the
United Kingdom. I am British and am not fluent in the
Chinese Language.
I am sorry to say that I would never ever recommend this
item to anybody because it is too daft to laugh at.

First class experience.
I can recommend this company highly. The order pocess is straightforward and delivery quick. When one product purchased from them developed a fault at the end of the gurantee period, customer service were very helpful trying to sort it out before sending a replacement. First class service.

Very good and helpful service
We ordered a weather station in March and were really happy with it. Unfortunately it developed a fault between the sensor and the station in November. We contacted the Weather Shop and got some very helpful advice on how to get it working again. Despite best efforts the connection stopped working. The Weather Shop then sent us an RMA number. We returned the product and received a brand new which is working perfectly. We are very happy with both the product and the service we received from the Weather Shop

Always a great place to shop
I have purchased several items from the Weather Shop over the years and there is never a problem. Products are exactly as described and delivery on time. Confirmation emails are clear with clear instructions and tracking. In the past, when I had a problem setting one weather station up, they provided first class support. For the latest weather station (Accur8 DWS7100), everything set up like a dream. Thanks also to the Weather Shop for the great free gift (work light). Would not hesitate to use the Weathershop again.

Ordered on like and within the hour my order was on the way to me.
The weather station worked very well from the onset with no adjustments needed.

Poor device
This would be fine if you live in the major cities but it is useless if you live away from the systems designated cities as this does not pickup local weather.
Very disappointing device.

The nearest city selection is just for the sun rise/set & tide times. Perhaps the user manual needs to be clearer.
