My assessor Joy was great throughout the whole course, she was kind and helped me a lot with every aspect of the coursework, exams, and the eventual qualification.

My assessor Emily Brown help me so much throughout my apprenticeship. She gave me additional support where needed and would always try to keep in contact during any point in the day.
I would not have been able to pass my exams without her. Thankyou Emily!

I started my dental nurse course in January 2023 and I have recently qualified.
I cannot thank my assessor Holly Heddle enough, she has been my assessor for the whole duration of the course. She has gone above and beyond for me while on the dental nurse course. She has been supportive, understanding, patient and caring. She marks the work so quick and she dedicates her time to her learns by marking at stupid o' clock to make sure it's done and your not worrying or stressed. She makes sure all your deadlines are met even when your done and your waiting on your assessor she's on the case. She helps you with your professional discussions. If I needed help she's been there to answer all my questions day or night bless her. Nothing is too big or too small or stupid to ask. She made me feel at ease with the course and kept pushing me when sometimes I just said to myself what am I doing, I can't do this. She completely understood how hard the course is with a job, home and young kids to look after. I cannot thank her enough and any other learner who gets her in the future is very lucky.
The only negative about the course was the observations trying to get them booked in was a nightmare, first observation was fine and went well with no problems, then the assessor/observer went off on maternity leave and was I left with no assessor and didn't know if I was going to get another observation done or when this would be. Was allocated another assessor got the second observation booked in and agreed. Turned up for work even though I was very ill, set up for the observation and the assessor cancelled half an hour before she was due to attend due to childcare. Waste of journey going into work for me which was over half an hour away from work, poor communication and stressed at when these observations we going to get done.
Being on the Welsh reformed contract it is very hard to get a crown prep and are rarely done and was very difficult to get this booked in, my practice manager had to fight to get this booked in as we only had one patient who needed this so I could do the observation. Again Holly was a good support through this and could see both sides and understood how stressful it was.
Overall a good experience with the webinars (smart assessor) and portfolio just the observation side was let it down and turned very stressful.

started the dental nursing course in july 2023, and just qualified and can say without a doubt that i wouldn’t have done it without my amazing assessor who helped to push me to be the best i could be, thank you katherine and the rest of the team at tempdent!!

I couldn’t thank my Assessor Charlotte enough for all the help she gave me over the duration of my dental nurse apprenticeship course. I found the whole journey very smooth and enjoyable. All the resources available were so helpful and the platform was easy to come to terms with and use. The support you receive throughout the 18 months is incredible which i was slightly worried about when doing an online course however everybody i spoke to was extremely helpful and kind!

I had a bit of a rocky start to the apprenticeship and honestly the course material within the webinsrs weren't super engaging. However, my assessors and tutor were amazing. Sarah my observation assessor was honestly the best person to have help me. She's super caring and relatable and was really rooting for me. She's amazing!! Lynda was a really great assessor and helped so much in preparing for my EPA! And my webinar tutor Jackie made all the webinars worth getting up for, she is so so lovely and truly cared about helping us all. They're were all so lovely so give them a pay rise Tempdent!!

My experience with Tempdent was great, I found the webinar tutor to be really helpful and gave lots of easy ways to remember things. My assessor, Louise Hart, was always available for any help I needed and helped me to qualify 3 months early!

I couldn’t have got this far without my assessor Katherine Saunders. I started my dental nursing course here in July 2023 and have nearly qualified! Katherine had been very supportive right from the start in helping me with assignments and recently preparing me for my EPA which I’ve just passed- earlier than expected! She helped me build my confidence in myself and keeping me up to date with my portfolio and knowledge, she is also a great laugh with made me instantly feel relaxed whenever I was stressed out. I feel I’ve had great support and the course has been very organised the whole way through! Thank you☺️!

I have just finished my diploma in dental nursing and couldn’t have done it without the support of my amazing mentor at tempdent: Charlotte Kinder. She was always there when i needed her, took the time to explain things to me and pushed me to work to the highest standard. Thanks to her i was able to complete all of my course work on time (with no revisions needed), improve my skills when working in surgery / completing professional discussions & becoming a qualified dental nurse! . Very thankful for my experience with tempdent.

Found out I passed my course today and my experience with Tempdent has been amazing over the last 2 years. The support and patience my assessor Marie has given me has been nothing short of amazing!

Today I received my results of passing my course, studying with tempdent has been amazing. The resources are so useful, the webinars are brilliant and the staff are so supportive. I’ve had a wonderful experience with them! My Assesor Marie has been brilliant over the past 2 years & I genuinely couldn’t have passed without her support, patience, guidance & help! I would 100% recommend tempdent for anyone looking into dental Nursing!

I found this company to be a great way to learn the apprenticeship. My assessor was clear efficient and quick at delivering setting and marking work. I found that any help I asked for was immediately given and answers recieved. There were no issues with myself and this course. A few of the staff at my practice had difficulty with this course and company however I rate 10/10.

After having a bit of a bumpy start to the course, I was assigned a new assessor, Gabriella, who was amazing. She supported me every step and answered all of my questions. She got me back on track and helped me to qualify earlier than expected. I couldn’t have done it without her.

Tempdent provide a good service, I found the resources extremely helpful and the teaching methods enabled me to be fully prepared for my epa.

My assessor Emily Brown was so helpful all the way through my apprenticeship. She was always there to answer any questions I had about my coursework or end point assessments and always replied quickly. She was always very supportive with any problems I faced during my apprenticeship and I couldn’t have done it without her help.

My latest assessor Emily brown has been so supportive! I felt like she went above and beyond for me! Wish I had her throughout my whole apprenticeship!

Mixed feelings about tempdent :(
When I first started I had Emily brown and she is amazing!! I was ahead of my assignments and knew where I needed to be and what to do to get there. Then Emily left to have a baby <3 this is where I got a new assessor and fell behind due to calls being cancelled and no replies to any emails. After a few months of struggling through the course on my own I changed back to Emily. She did not have the easy task of sorting through my portfolio and helping me catch up but she did the best job at making me feel supported and answering every question I had. Emily you are the best and definitely in the right job !! 🤍

A massive thank you to my Assessor, Louise Hart. She has been really supportive through out my training, especially the last months towards my EPA. She ensured that my portfolio was up to standard, ticking all the boxes. My work Assessor, Harriet was also of great support. Thank you so much for a job well done team.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Natalie Dykes for all the help and support throughout my course and getting me through all my exams and having complete faith in me that I will qualify.

I couldn’t be happier enough for how Tempdent have been there to support in place throughout my time I have spent with them in in the last 2 years.
