An amazing experience I was very fortunate to have my assessor Holly Heddle. A very supportive and passionate assessor together we managed to finish my apprenticeship earlier due to such efficiency and shared goals in determiniation I am very thankful for all of her help its really shaped me as a nurse cant praise enough.

The help I have received throughout the duration of my course with Tempdent has been amazing. Natalie Dykes was my most recent assessor and helped me massively. Without her help, I couldn’t have done it. She has been supportful, efficient and kind. She’s exactly the person you would want as your assessor. I never struggled and she made sure I was fully aware of my next steps in completing the course. I will miss having her as an assessor.

It was so easy to start this journey as a dental nurse and that’s all to my assessor Jessica Hewish. She is an outstanding tutor and I wouldn’t have been able to complete it without her. She is top tier and I will miss her when I am qualified. She has been there if I have any issues or questions, fast and replying and helped a lot with any struggles I have had regarding the course syllables. She is very easy to get along with, very approachable and puts you at ease with any PD’s.

With the course itself, the site they use is very easy to use, you can easily see all of your assignments, PD’s and gap questions to be able to revise. They also provide lots of resources and tools to help you. My tutor Jackie stockdale is also very lovely and provides key information during webinars and says it in a way which will allow you to retain the information, very relaxed.

Had the most amazing experience with tempdent, my assessor, Katherine Bull, went above and beyond for me during the duration of my course. She is the reason I was able to complete the two year course in just over a year! An amazing, kind, well -experienced tutor who would work well into her evenings (I would sometimes receive emails past 8pm!) to ensure the best experience and opportunities for me during the course. Her hard work and positive work ethic should definitely be recognised, so thankful for her amazing work, couldn’t have done it without her!

I cannot thank Alex Vine enough for the incredible support and guidance provided during my dental nurse course. From day one, Alex’s expertise and encouragement made a huge difference in my learning experience. During some of the more difficult and testing times, Alex’s patience, care, and constant check-ins helped me stay on track and gave me the confidence to keep going. I always felt supported, knowing Alex was there for me whenever I needed guidance or reassurance. The feedback was always clear, constructive, and tailored to help me improve. Thanks to Alex, I now feel confident and well-prepared to begin my career in dental nursing. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for expert mentorship, care, and unwavering support!

Holly was an amazing assessor! She was so professional and thorough with her job but had the approach of a friend which made the whole learning so much easier!!!!!

Tempdent course is great and has been amazing for the apprentices we have in practice. Holly Heddle is amazing and has been the best support for the apprentices and has a great communication skills.
All the apprentices have really enjoyed Hollys skills and knowledge and feel very comfortable with her teaching skills.

When I started at tempdent I absolutely hated, I found it wasn’t consistent enough for me to want to do good (didn’t have the drive to do the work). It didn’t help that I had a baby during the apprenticeship too, I don’t advise this.
When I returned from MatLeave I had a new Assessor and she was amazing, she gave me deadlines she told me what she wanted from me. This is something I like when learning she pushed me to want it.
I had to complete 80% of my course in six month. And we did it.

As for someone that’s dyslexic and struggle with written work their whole life. I truly felt I received the support, I needed from my assessor. Emily you were amazing and I’m very thankful.

I as a appreciate dental nurse around 1.5 years. My dental practice choose Tempdent as a training centre. I’m highly recommend Tempdent and I’m so appreciate to my assessor, Aadhila. She helped amd supported me during the training time. She supported me to completed my assignments, discussion and portfolio. We achieved the aims together. So, I need to thanks for my assessor help. She really amazing.

And I recommend Tempdent is because they provide many useful and professional resources and webinars for the learners to study. All the support from Tempdent is excellent.

Thank you for arranging a Dental Nurse Apprenticeship interview for my daughter, just to be told and rejected after 2 whole weeks! Who does that? 😡

I had a wonderful assessor Jessica, she helped me so much through this journey whenever I needed her! There was a lot of work to do but Jess and Tempdent were very helpful and prepared me so well for the end point assessment.

Today I completed my apprenticeship, and I couldn’t have done this without my assessor Louise Hart. Louise has consistently provided guidance and support whenever I needed it, both during and outside of working hours, and she always responds promptly to any problems or concerns I’ve had. Her excellent organisation throughout the course made it much easier for me to stay on track- from planning professional discussions well in advance so that we stayed ahead of schedule, to setting up Teams calls before my workday, enabling me to complete and submit all my work to the IQA. I will never be able to thank Louise enough for all the support she has given me, she has always had faith in me when I didn’t have it in myself! Anyone who is lucky enough to get Louise as their assessor will have the best experience at Tempdent. All of the webinar tutors that I had during my apprenticeship were so kind and knowledgeable, and I couldn’t have done this without them either. It’s so lovely to hear that everyone is so proud of me- but I couldn’t have done it without them.

I cannot put into words how helpful my assesor Ramisa was. She was so helpful, kind and thoughtful throughout my time with tempdent. I had many challenges with the course and my personal life whilst completing the course and she was very supportive and caring. Ramisa helped me through areas I struggled with and helped me understand it in a different way that made sense to me, due to my processing disorder. I will forever be grateful that I had Ramisa as my assessor and will count myself extremely lucky to have had her! Tempdent is also a wonderful and smooth company to complete the training with, I highly recommend :)

I cannot thank my assessor Joy enough for all of the support and reassurance she has given me throughout my course. I would definitely have not gotten this far without her and the webinar tutor Morgan, both have been amazing for me! Would recommend tempdent in the future 100%

My journey wouldn’t be easy without my assessor Holly Heddle. It’s been a stressful time but she has helped me throughout the apprenticeship process and I am forever grateful. She was always there whenever I needed her and I have achieved my grades due to her efforts and support. Could not recommend her enough. Thank you so much again for everything Holly.

My assessor Holly Heddle has helped me throughout my whole apprenticeship, I genuinely would not have gotten to the qualification stage if it wasn’t for her. Whenever I needed her to help me she was always there I’m forever grateful for her!!!

My overall experience through my Dental Nursing Diploma has been a complete journey. I wouldn’t have changed it for anything. My tutor Kelly Reynolds created such interactive and engaging webinars for weekly learning making webinars fun and informative. My assessor Emily Brown has gone above and beyond. From starting with 40% progress to 100% completed in less than 6 months! Giving realistic deadlines, motivation and constant support. I could not have completed it without her. A massive thank you to my tutor and amazing assessor who made my dental nursing training truly an experience to remember for life. I am beyond grateful!

My whole experience with Temp dent was so smooth and stress free! They made everything really easy to follow and understand which helped me massively with completing my apprenticeship as a Trainee Dental Nurse. I also could not have done it without my Assessor, Louise hart. She was absolutely amazing and kept me ahead of target and made sure I was always up to date throughout the course. I cannot thank Joy Barancewicz , my assessor, enough for making my journey to becoming a dental nurse so smooth and enjoyable. Becoming a dental nurse was a midlife career change for me. I was extremely nervous about doing a course and studying again after all these years. I didn’t always believe in myself but Joy did all along the way. She was always so supportive of me, I honestly feel like we were a great team and I will miss our regular calls. I have managed to complete the course and all EPA in 16 months and I cannot wait to see what opportunities the future holds for me. I would 100% recommend Tempdent to anyone who feels a bit hesitant about doing an online course. Thank you Joy, thanks to all team at Tempdent ( special shout out to Morgan- I absolutely loved your webinars - with teachers like you everyone would thrive) , I am wishing you all the very best.

EMMA RENWICK MY ASSESSOR WAS AMAZING. I have achieved my grade due to her efforts and the push she was constantly giving me to carry on and work hard. She was always there for an email away for when I needed help with anything. Could not recommend her enough. Tempdent also were extremely thorough and a good route for other trainee dental nurses to take to achieve their qualification. Thank you again Emma- highly recommend her as an assessor.
