I couldn't rate Temple and Webster any higher than 5, only because it didn't go any higher. I've had nothing but a great experience with Temple and Webster. From the easy ordering, packaging and delivery have all been exceptional. Our furniture has been in most part easy to assemble ( we had a trouble with our tv cabnet) but sorted it out in the end. We love our purchases and we'd buy again from Temple and Webster

Appalling, from the protracted time it took for me to receive the item to the attrocious delivery service by Allied Express (delivery instructions not followed and item dumped in road at the back of my house, between bins, when I wasn't home and had provided no authority to leave it), to the fact that the drawer was broken and shattered in parts so the item was unusable, to the even more attrocious Temple and Webster customer service that doesn't respond to emails. I've had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company to make sure my money is refunded. Two months of waiting and a whole lot of stress and messing around has resulted from this purchase. Shop elsewhere.

I’ve just received my third broken sink in a row. Even after a phone call promising better packaging, it arrived with no protection and was delivered roughly by the driver. This has caused a massive domino effect of delays and extra costs with my trades. They offered a partial refund for a faulty product and failed to deliver on every promise made. Truly disappointing experience.
