Such a bad experience
Such a bad experience, ordered five different items, caught the Australia Post delivery drive (CCTV) drop 3 TW items at the front door, takes a photo of each of the 3 items, then picks one up and takes it away, fraud right? tried to contact TW customer service, no phone number, only live text support where you are writing and communicating to AI with AI responding, absolutely no resolution, then cut off, WTF! Absolutely no staff to speak to when something goes wrong! Will never order again! No customer service, no wonder their share price has crashed.
