Great value product and quick and simple delivery.

What a stuff up is all I can say. Temple and Webster you have terrible customer service. When a large trade order is placed, money paid and the order isnt delivered and then its activated on the day you need it even though you dont want it anymore ...its a nightmare! Im now left to return all the funiture thats arrived!... which is an hour and a half away from where I live, 3 days of extra work sourcing furniture elsewhere, no case manager assigned and dealing with all random people in another country. Where has customer service gone? no longer a trade customer and the saga is still going on......

Placed order 16 Feb, shortly after I received an “item has been shipped” email with a tracking number. When arrival date had passed by a week I contacted the shipping company who said they never received the parcel. I contacted temple and Webster who said it wasn’t actually even in stock! With no plan on when it would be next in stock. They accepted my order, told me it was shipped and I waited over 6 weeks in the end without even telling me they didn’t actually have any and no plan to resolve- they didn’t have an idea when they would next have some?? Terrible customer service. Would not use again

I have made multiple purchases from Temple and Webster and have always been extremely happy with all my orders.
The only issue I ever had was a delay in a pergola delivery, however I reached out to customer service and they followed it up straight away and kept me updated as to when it would arrive.
I would highly recommend T&W

The bed and mattress exceeded our expectations.
However, the construction of the bed was difficult and time consuming, but the end product was brilliant.
Delivery service brought product into our home to the room it was to go in, and it was extremely heavy.

Great quality and easy to follow steps. Came in 2 boxes so easy for 1 person to carry. Fast delivery too

I love these teddy bear sheets. It's like snuggling up to a big Teddy bear. Lovely and warm on a chilly night, in bed and reading my book before going to sleep.

You people kept me in the loop all the time, when I had to expect the parcel to arrive and that was exactly what happened I waited and it arrived at my door all parcelled up beautifully on time and now I am enjoying how soft the sheets are.
