Exceeded expectations again!
The can of balls I ordered was out of stock, but they replaced it with a higher-priced item that they had available at no extra cost to me. I really appreciated that gesture.
I have no complaints ordering from them at all. The service is top-notch; fast, reliable, and hassle-free. This is my second order, and I’m just as satisfied as the first time. Happy days!

The racket was handled haphazardly during transport!
When I received the racket, I opened the box and was shocked by how carelessly it was packaged. The racket would have been easily damaged during transport. It was truly astonishing that such a big brand would use such a haphazardly placed empty cardboard box.
