The reference process has been really simple and quick. Good visibility of stages where I could see what has been completed and what was still outstanding. Well deserved the highest score.

Supportive and understanding staff

The staff were understanding and helped me with alternative ways to upload my documents for referencing after I was struggling to send the documents needed for reference check. They supported me until I submitted all the required documents happy with the service I received from staff.

Referencing Process

The whole referencing process was made easy with a simple and clear online form to fill in and documents to upload. until each section is completed properly, you can't move on to the next section. And once complete and sent you can track your referencing progress. Tenancy360 could not have made this process any easier for a prospective tenant.

Tenancy 360 review

A process we have never gone through before , but the step through procedure was clear and easy to understand and gave us time to find all the relevant information to complete correctly

Speaking to a really helpful young lady from The Red Squirrel letting team if we come across any issues or problems ,I think was key.

Referencing completed promptly and…

Referencing completed promptly and excellent and responsive customer service. To improve, it would be great if they could inform applicants that referencing is complete. Obviously the letting agent should get back to the prospective tennant but there can be a delay there

Shocking

Shocking. Having been asked to be a guarantor, I tried the link sent me which failed. I gave up after about 10 attempts. I then contacted them via e mail and finally got a link that worked. Half way through filling this in on a laptop, it insisted I move to using my phone. As a guarantor, why do they need access to:
a selfie - plus..
a passport - plus...
a driving license - plus...
DIRECT ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT! plus...
A Utility bill from the last 12 weeks - plus...
A pay slip - plus....
A tax return

I will certainly be following this up under the data protection act. Where is my data now and who has access to my bank account?
This process took a week to complete.

Whatever happened to the tried and tested process of a signed legally binding guarantor agreement document? It has sufficed for years successfully.

Great and fast service

The company was fast and great. They had good, quick questions through a special program on the website, and they made quick calls or sent emails when needed. Everything took only 2 working days, and we are happy to move to our new place!
