Very very rapid responses, I’d get a reply in an hour or two. I had one payment mistake because I mistyped the reference, but using the live chat they were able to quickly alleviate it in not even half an hour.

Great and fast communication from Liban

Liban contacted me and helped resolve an issue which allowed the referencing process to continue. He then contacted me again to inform me when the process was completed. Very helpful and proactive contact, would recommend.

The customer representative over the phone was extremely understanding and helpful.

AVOID! Shocking experience! I would not recommend anyone use this company, I applied for a property nearly 2 weeks ago and was made to go through tenancy 360 by the estate agents, I've had no reply to emails, they haven't contacted me or my guarantor I have personally had to ring them about 15 times and my guarantor has had to contact them over 20 times for updates, They wouldn't update me on the progress of my guarantors or my checks, I am now homeless but tenancy don't seem to care and they're still dragging their feet. 0 stars should be a option. AVOID!

Part of the process was linking my bank account to them, giving them access to all transaction records on the account for the last year. Given that applications for mortgages only ask for 3 months bank account statements (which t360 also required me to provide in addition to this), I don't see why they need this info. On top of this, when trying to contact my employer for a reference, their emails bounced. I was able to reach my employer on that address fine, and I definitely had the right address,so I told them it was likely a technical issue on their end. They ignored that and asked me to contact my employer for them, to ask for a reference by post instead. Eventually, the estate agent stepped in and sorted it out in a day, but this issue delayed my moving in by about a week and forced me to move my start date at the new job back.
Glad it wasn't important for my financial situation to be starting on time or I'd be in serious trouble.
2 stars because they did at least respond to emails fairly promptly, and it did eventually get sorted. Would avoid in future if possible though.

We have been working alongside Tenancy360 for a few months now and have found their platform and assistance to be professional, meticulous and very efficient. After meeting the Tenancy 360 Team at the Negotiator Awards in November 2021, I was very impressed with how they explained their company referencing was conducted, so we gave them a trail, and I was so happy and pleased we did.
They were by far the best Tenancy Referencing Company I had used. Everything, from uploading the properties and the Tenants was very quick and easy.
The referencing carried out by the Tenancy 360 Team is very thorough and detailed.
They also have the ability for us to upload our own Tenancy Agreements, of which they can then prepare for us should we wish to use this facility as well.
Tenancy 360 have completely cut down the amount of work I was doing myself, whilst delivering a very first-class service for us.
I look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future and am happy with all the additional add on services they are offering as well.
