Hi, my order is TD2410065568006,
I registered and placed my first order with you on your site about two months ago. I couldn't see well with my glasses at all. I went for a check-up with the glasses at the nearest optical center. They checked the glasses and it turned out that I received one whole number less in my left eye than I ordered.
I contacted your support and proved with photographs that I received one number less in my left eye.
Finally, after arguments and proofs, they said they would make me a new one, and to this day I haven't received it!!!!!! Thank you

I recently order online progressive prescription glasses. They are useless, can't focus on anything. Do not trow away your money. And to close the shity service they do not answer for the lousy job they do making lenses.

I just received my glasses and the quality is exceptional, they're brilliant. I loved tracking them from Danyang city and finding more about the place, and all the way to NZ.. amazing, thanks for making my glasses, plan to buy more soon.

I needed replacement glasses with progressive lenses as mine needed replacement. The glasses I chose allowed for this type of prescription, but when received, the lenses are much too small. There is not enough height to the lenses to allow for the change in fields of vision to offer a proper amount of height for each viewing field. I was literally having to wear these glasses in the middle to the tip of my nose so I could view through the very top of the lenses and that is after spreading the nose pieces apart as far as they would go. I was offered replacement lenses, but that isnt the problem. The problem is the lenses themself not being tall enough. These glasses are unsuitable for progressive lenses. Now im stuck with a pair of useless glasses.

I sent Tenda my prescription and they sent glasses that were made incorrectly, my vision is blurred completely. I immediately made a claim for refund (as advertised) and their response was to blame me for incorrect prescription and they denied the advertised refund policy and refuse to replace the glasses
