We had a great day on the bike. The route are guide toon was very nice. Lot's of different landscapes. The view were great. Good bikes. Communication the day before the ride clear. Pick-up on time. Perfect.

A next time we certainly woud choose voor them again.

Signed up for the Las Lajas route not really knowing anything about this guiding company as I rarely if ever ride Emtb .
After being let down by another company I contacted Maciej who promptly replied offering me a spot for a ride the following day .
What I would say to anyone booking a mtb Downhil ride is be honest with the guide & yourself !
These trails are not easy - Maceij made it
Challenging and fun , pushed me out of my comfort zone which was appreciated .

It’s nice to have a guide who wants you to get as much out of the experience as possible rather than take the easy options .
Whenever there was a technical section , jumps , drops etc he would stop beforehand and make us aware of what’s ahead and a choice of an alternative line .
Would recommend and definitely use again .

Everything about the tour we did was great. Maciej was a great guide and really helpful. It was just me and my partner on the tour which meant that the tour and difficulty was tailored to us. We choose the easier route , It wasn’t too tricky for moderate riders like me and we got to experience a different experience in Tenerife and appreciate the views of nature, including the volcano and lava flows. Maciej even purchased local cookies for us to try on our ride. Highly recommended and well worth the money. It is a very unique experience and will always be a great memory.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with our guide Maciej today e biking in the beautiful Corona forest.
The bikes were top of the range carbon models all full suspension ,a joy to ride.
The terrain was forest roads with incredible views .
The company offers routes for all abilities from beginner to expert,we chose the easy lunar route today.
Next time a little more difficult. A fab experience with a great guide.

Maciej is a great sympathic guide and adjusts easily to the level of the riders. It's a very nice route, lovely trail and all types of terrain so ideal for everyone. Mountainbikes are in great condition and are customised to fit your position. And you can easily ease up or give yourself a hard time by adjusting the E-bike assistance modes. Looking forward to do more trails with Maciej!

Communication with Tenerifeebiketours.com was good and timely up to our trip. Maciek picked us up at the hotel on time. He connected well with our othewise shy kids. The ride through the pine forrest, the scent of the pine trees, the quietness and the views of the forest and canyons was great! Parts of the trip was in the clouds but that was a nice experience too. We brought our own lunch, Spanish cured ham and cheese sandwiches.
We took the easy tour. Our kids had no problem keeping up. Tenerife is a rocky place. If you are not biking regularly I strongly suggest choosing the full suspension option. The bikes were well maintained. Do bring a light raincoat - you will need it during the descents.
This trip was a high point of our vacation.
