I order a racket + strung service and arrived in 8 working days to the UK. I was completely scared about my purchase after seeing these reviews, but could say that even when my order came a few days after it was expected, it all came in perfect status. Seems like the general issue they have is around big orders or shoe sizes, and definetly with customer support and returns.

The delivery is always prompt and using DPD is a bonus. I mainly buy tennis balls but the prices are always competitive.

I have not received my parcel from tennis point, I have tried checking with Dpd and they keep saying on the automated service that some customs payments are due ? The infomration i have received are mixed and I am not happy. My parcel is not here and I keep checking on the dpd website and they say that it will be delivered the next day when I do not have it!!
I need this to be rectified ASAP as I have paid for delivery . They have also said to tennis point that the delivery has been made which is not true. Can some one get back to me as I really needed the parcel for my daughter and this is an absolute joke as I cannot speak to representative. If this is not resolved soon I will need to create a charge back with my bank !!
The order was placed on the 14th and there has been no proper communication either from you or dpd the service that you use.

This is the second time I have ordered from Tennis-Point. The first time was good. This time is dreadful. The order arrived but they had left out one of the tennis skirts supplying two only out of the three ordered and paid for. I tried telephoning but the number on their website and online does not work - it just goes straight to busy. I have emailed - no response - I have contacted via Facebook - no response - I have emailed again and filled in their online form for problems - eventually I got a response again asking me to fill in the form for the second time (I had downloaded it from the website the first time). In included all information asked for plus they asked for photographs of the box so I took two photos and explained that the box arrived completely intact so clearly the mistake was in their packing department. Since then despite me emailing back I have had zero response so they now owe me a tennis skirt which is my preference or a refund.

Good communication re delivery. Unfortunately the product didn’t fit and I had to return it. The returns process was easy but I would have liked an acknowledgment that my return had been received.

Speedy delivery and processing of returned item

6 weeks, 10 emails, no response. One Trustpilot review and they advise me that “ We have complained to our shipping partner about the missing delivery and received the credit note today, which we have forwarded directly to you”. I immediately challenge that this is garbage - DPD DE wont have my banking details, won’t refund the retail cost, won’t refund in sterling. Looks like another attempt to buy time. Sure enough nothing received and no reply.

Given the other reviews here, I was a bit hesitant to order from Tennis-Point. i ordered from them as they were carrying last season items from On which had sold out everywhere else. I don't regret ordering from them, as it was seamless. Package ships from Germany but they use DPD as courier so it arrives quickly. No customs or any import fees to pay.

Order delay without and explanation or planned new delivery date. Also charged shipping when shipping is meant to be free after spending £99.00. I spent £241.

I bought a tennis racket, but after a while I still hadn't paid. I didn't want to wait any longer, so I opted for a refund. However, there was no refund option even though I hadn't paid at all. I tried all the publicly available contact methods but couldn't get in touch with anyone. It's terrible customer service, or maybe they don't even have customer service.

Quick, reliable and at a good price

I bought some Tennis shoes for my daughter on 23 Dec 2025. They arrived safely on 31 Dec 2025. Unfortunately they were slightly too small so I tried to return them. The returns process online did not work. When emailing Tennis-Point their auto email said my email was received and they would look into it. Now it is the 10th January 2026 and no feedback or reply. I have emailed several times and still nothing. With no phone number to call I have no alternatives. Very poor customer service.

Items delivered to incorrect area of my building by DPD despite giving them instructions. DPD admitted fault. I had photos to show where the item was delivered and where it was supposed to. Subsequently the items were stolen.

Rather than offer help or read my emails, Souffiane just said "the item is delivered the case is resolved".

Do not trust this clown company, they are useless and of no help whatsoever. Pay £5 and buy directly from a retailer who knows what customer service means.

If anyone there reads this and is disputing what ive written above, I have proof of screenshots of emails and photos.

Awful service.
In the UK trying to do a return and the web site erros out.

There is no way to call them to discuss.

No telephone number on their whole web site.

Do not care about leaving vustomers in the dark.

No way to conduct the return.

DO NOT BUY FROM TENNIS POINT in the UK.
