It’s two months now that I have been without this service following the upgrade to their supposedly improved app. I have been a paid customer of TennisTV for over 6 years. Multiple emails to support with no resolution. Deeply frustrated and disappointed by a service that seems to think this is acceptable due to their monopoly position.

I used to enjoy this app but the last month has been hopeless, being unable to watch matches on phone or TV.
Absolutely the worst, actually non existent, customer service.
Not the courtesy of a response to several emails.
This important service needs to be taken over by people who know how to run a business.

Thiefs
Thiefs! I paid an abo for 6 months and after only one month it didn’t work any more.
I wrote several times to their help hotline by email but never had any answer back.
Definitely untrustworthy!!

After years of admiring this product......
After years of admiring this product, I am so frustrated with this new app. The user interface is poor and the lack of commentary on all matches apart from one court, is beyond comprehension. And that is after all the technical glitches of logging in. or casting to the TV etc

I don't think this company would want to improve. They simply refuse to return your money for months on end without supplying any service. There is always some technical error which can never be fixed, but you have to keep paying in the meantime. Absolutely pathetic!

YOUR ABYSMAL SERVICE IS DAMPENING MY PASSION FOR THIS INCREDIBLE SPORT
YOU CALL THIS SERVICE?! TENNIS TV, YOU HAD THE AUDACITY TO EMAIL ME ABOUT FREE MATCHES! FREE, YOU SAY? I FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, LOGGED IN, READY TO SAVOUR MONTE CARLO, MADRID, AND ROME. AND WHAT DO I GET? NOTHING! YOU DEMAND PAYMENT!
I'M LIVID! I CONTACTED YOUR SUPPORT, ONLY TO BE DISREGARDED. SOUND FAMILIAR? YES, THIS IS THE SAME DISMAL SERVICE I'VE ENDURED BEFORE. YOU'VE IGNORED ME THEN, AND YOU'RE IGNORING ME NOW.
THIS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT! YOUR ABYSMAL SERVICE IS DAMPENING MY PASSION FOR THIS INCREDIBLE SPORT, AND SKY ARE ALSO SERVING DOUBLE FAULTS—WHAT A COMPETITION YOU PROVIDE!
ESPECIALLY WHEN FANS ARE ALREADY QUESTIONING THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME, WITH PLAYERS ESCAPING SERIOUS PUNISHMENTS. IT'S A CIRCUS, REMINISCENT OF ROAD CYCLING.
YOU'RE ADDING TO THE POOR COVERAGE. AND WITH THE ATP/WTA'S UNWILLINGNESS TO ADDRESS REAL PROBLEMS. THE SPORT IS GOING DOWN THE TOILET!

Lack of commentary is a poor show
I cannot believe that Tennis TV is now only offering commentary on the main court matches being broadcast as “full day coverage” and, worse still, when there is a break between live matches they are choosing to show replays from previous years’ tournaments rather than switch to one of the other live matches on a different court. It’s not as if the cameras aren’t filming these other matches - they are available to watch individually - but the company is evidently too tight to pay for additional commentators to cover them. It’s a very poor show and the whole offering is going downhill fast.

Tennis Channel & Tennis.com App: A Biased, Clueless, Technically Broken Disaster
Tennis Channel and the Tennis.com app have become a perfect storm of bias, incompetence, and technical failure. The entire operation feels like it’s being run by people who don’t understand the sport, don’t listen to viewers, and don’t care about delivering a functional product.
The programming is blatantly skewed. The channel shows an endless rotation of matches that almost no one is asking for, while ignoring the ones people actually want to watch. There’s a constant bias toward American players, even when the match quality is terrible or irrelevant. And the obsession with airing majority women’s matches — regardless of ranking, stakes, or viewer interest — makes the schedule feel more like a quota system than a sports network.
The commentary is somehow even worse. It’s a mix of shallow observations, incorrect facts, and long stretches of filler that add nothing to the match. Half the time it sounds like the commentators are watching a different event entirely. Insight is nonexistent, analysis is laughable, and the tone swings between condescending and clueless.
Then there’s the app — a complete, irredeemable mess. It crashes constantly, freezes during live play, and fails to load even basic content. Streams buffer endlessly, audio cuts out, and the interface looks like it hasn’t been updated since the early 2010s. Navigation is clunky, search barely works, and the whole thing feels like a prototype that somehow got released to the public.
Between the biased programming, the tone‑deaf commentary, the baffling match selections, and the technically broken app, Tennis Channel and Tennis.com have become a chore to use. For a paid service, it’s embarrassing. For a major sports network, it’s unacceptable.
If you want reliable coverage, competent commentary, or a streaming app that functions like it was built this decade, look anywhere else. Tennis Channel and Tennis.com have completely lost the plot.

Awful Awful
Awful, awful. This app was bad before but just about manageable with huge frustrations. But since the new app I had to eventually unsubscribe as it completely ruined my ipad which I use to cast. The layout is ridiculous. Whatever theme I chose I could not see the chromecast symbol to stop casting, which then presented other issues. The entire screen and layout is a mess and navigation is near impossible. Things seemed to kick in randomly and then not work the next. As a mad tennis fan I am livid as it is the only avenue to watch masters event and i think they know this and just know the majority with no other option will just continue to suffer. We need Prime back to take over this contract.

2026 has been bad for this app
2026 has been bad for this app. New versions without being notified, replay icons not opening. When asking for help they keep saying have you got the latest version. I understand they may want to improve the app. But they should really system test it first thoroughly.
I've never known any app have so many problems. And now the new mobile phone app which I can't log into on my phone. But my tv app is ok. It's a far cry from Amazon prime video atp coverage. If sky got their coverage and ondemand tennis act together, tennistv might take a big hit.
It's a real shame because it has improved over the last couple of years but now it's a problem.

The new app is just not people friendly
The new app is just not people friendly. In fact I have it on my mobile and also the app on my iPad. When I use it the live play is horizontal but the highlights are vertical and you don’t know when you will have commentary. However today the app on my iPad will not open so unable to use it. It’s ok on my mobile but I want to see it on my iPad. What is going on?.

Useless
Useless, needless change, sound is automatically set to off, live isn’t live no commentary unless you are in the main headline live broadcast. Easier to log into it via the World Wide Web. Would give it no stars if that option was available. Bring back the old app PLEASE!

I signed up and it was great but I…
I signed up and it was great but I found out it's all about ATP, no WTA. So, I clicked chat on their screen and asked for a refund. No hesitation, and I received the refund just now. Great customer service and resolution! I will subscribe once you carry WTA as well, please
can not connect to service on TV- app does not work
Oh dear, wish I had looked here before registering and paying for a premium subscription. Activating the app on TV was impossible no matter which phone or PC we used to activate the codes, could not activate on different tv either. Complained via website- there is no chat, they just receive messages there. 2 days later a generic response arrived clearly not addressing the specific issue. Reply sent with all details they requested, still no response or solution. Decided to cancel using cool off period rights but guess what! the email address they give in T&C to use to cancel for this purpose is not mainteined by them at all and bounces back with nowehere to go. If you try to cancel after logging to the account there is no option within reasons provided to choose the cool off right, so if you choose anything else they will of course not refund you. Easy way to get at least months worth of subscription for service they do not provide. Never seen such an unprofessional bussines, misleading and untrutful. Do not waste your time with them.
Edit- thank you for your reply over 2 months later. I have already contacted the credit card and they refunded for non delivery of service (I did email you several times and you did not respond)

Gawd Awful Support!
No matter the device: Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, Mac, this bloody service isn't working!!! Server error. Manifest request failed. Network Error: Response Validation Failed. Status Code: 403. Three tournaments are on and replays are just not working. And, there is NO SUPPORT to be found!!! So, bloody chatbot that will only allow you to explain the issue in 128 characters or less.
Good luck if you think you'll hear back from anyone!!!

I have a paid for subscription and I have been unable to log in for the last two weeks because of their problems. Now watching on Sky instead. Might as well put my subscription fee down the drain. The service is truly awful

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Was a good app until their latest "upgrade" about 6 weeks ago and ever since then have been unable to access my paid subscription on any Android device. Have been going in circles with their customer service team who keep deflecting to their technical team and no resolution, and no compensation for the more-than-a-month I've had no access to something I paid for. Very disappointing, don't recommend.
