The prices are good.
The packaging was...Okay.

The delivery time was disaster.
I expected a 2 business day deliver as it is stated in the website. But it took 5 business days.

On delivery: your order was dispatched the first working day after it was placed, and arrived 3 business days later. Weekends aren't counted as business days by the carriers, which is why it can feel longer than it is. Our normal delivery time is 2-3 business days from dispatch, and most orders arrive after 2.

Got the wrong size magnets which turned out to be a packaging error from the manufacturer. Custumer support was quick to reach out about the problem and I got a full refund. My only gripe is that the only delivery option available for me is a rather slower courier that takes about a week for deliveries, which inherently is not Terraspels fault.

For most postal codes in Sweden our normal delivery time is about 2 business days, but in some areas the courier can unfortunately take longer.

Ok delivery time, but not great. Took 2 working-days after the package to be handed over to Bring, after the shipping had been booked.

However, it can take up to 2 business days before tracking is activated by Bring after the shipment has been handed over. Most of our customers receive their orders 2 days after the shipping confirmation – which is typically the same day tracking goes live.

Pricing is generally good, and to be part of the "kundklubb" is a great bonus even though the discounts are better for Norwegian (15%) than for Swedish customers.
The shop-web is a little messy and sometimes it is hard to find items as I assume a lot of the categorisations are done manually. I have run into cases just finding terrain kits required a lot of "next page" clicking. Another thing that is tricky is that if you are looking for buying pre-order stuff especially for GW it seems to be a bit random when the items show up on the web which means that you might miss the opportunity to be part of a popular pre-order. And also even if pre-order stuff are available on the web it might not be visible on the pre-order page and you have to find the items among all other products and if sitting and refreshing the pre-order page you might miss the window to do the pre-order.

As for Games Workshop pre-orders: all new releases go live every Saturday at 11:05 CET on our site. However, we’ve learned that some customers experience delays in seeing the new products due to local browser caching. If that happens, we recommend either clearing your cache specifically for Terraspel, or visiting the site in incognito/private mode to bypass the issue.

We normally have a 2-day delivery time to most areas in Sweden, but around holidays like Midsommar, some delays can unfortunately occur.
We understand that delivery preferences vary, and we're sorry to hear Bring hasn't met your expectations. We hope to give you a better experience with them in the future!
The shop is great and customer service responded quickly.
The only downside was the absence of plastic shrink wrap on one of the game boxes. Apparently, the publisher has started using tamper-proof stickers instead. While I understand this isn’t the shop’s fault, I still wanted to mention it.
It would be helpful if webshops clearly specify when a game does not come sealed in plastic. Some people store their games in humid environments—like basements—for extended periods before opening them...
A box without plastic wrap simply feels less premium.
