Allahamdullia, this is my first time going to Saudi Arabia for an umhra trip with my cousin and I booked with Terrific travel. We had a great experienced with this company. Every detail was executed to perfection. I am very satisfied with the responsive back and forth communication at anytime I need them. The accommodation provided at the hotel is great and few mins distances drive to the Haram in Mecca and also few walking distances to the Phophet's mosque in Madina. Their taxi driver's we met in Saudi Arabia are the best.
Honestly, I and my cousin we almost miss our flight due to our own side fault but guessed what they were
communicating with respect. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone looking for a package for umhra.

I booked Umrah through Terrific Travels. It was our first time travelling to Saudi without a group so was apprehensive, but TT made the process easy. The communication was very good (mainly through WhatsApp messaging) and our contact Maira responded promptly to our questions (and I asked lots of questions!!), even when I messaged from Saudi and it was in the early hours in the UK, I got a response relatively quickly! The airline was budget, which I learned after booking it, it would have been good to have been told this when booking it but I was happy that this was destined for us and went with it. The hotel was top class in Makkah which I specifically requested in my requirements - the hotel changed a few times during the process but I was very happy with the one we got in the end. The hotel in Madinah was very good but the location wasn’t great for ladies, but I had known this through my own research when I had booked it. TT provided the Google maps links to both hotels and I suppose it’s down to you to research if you’re happy with location, distance etc so it’s best to ask family/friends around this before you book. During the whole process and trip, there was a few blips here and there which can be expected when things are outside our control, but TT responded well to address them efficiently. Overall Very pleased with our trip and the service provided AH.

Beware of Terrific travel company they Overcharged for Umrah package and services were subpar. They booked cheaper flight to maximize their profit on check in I came to about no food would be served during journey when I asked Mr zeeshan he simply said sorry I forgot to update you.on very first stay in my hotel I wasn't being served with breakfast as per hotel receptionist company only booked room not meal then I contacted zeeshan he took. Whole day to sort it out I got breakfast next day.Hotel in madina being provided by company wasn't they promised during my pakg.when I complain he simply said sorry I'll check.Poor customer service,improfessional attitude and looters Wouldn't recommend for travel."
