Where do I start?
Where do I start? Every interaction has been dismal. The company’s communications look like aggressive selling. The website is not user friendly (password would not work). The LiveChat agent (Meril) was supremely unhelpful. Order 312987 was placed on 7th February and has still not arrived. I tried escalating this and customer services (Sally Hillman) said it would arrive within 15 working days. It hasn’t and the company has done nothing to resolve the situation. AVOID this company!
