Absolutely disgusting meat it’s declined of the past four years. The meat is dressed up to deceive trusting customers we will not buy any meat fish or poultry from this dreadful organisation Christmas turkey dry poor meat quality tasted like was a frozen but sold as a fresh one. Pork terrible taste dry weird taste crackling cardboard joint itself couldn’t be carved just chunks my advice to everyone is to look for an alternative supplier these guys only care about profit not quality. Disgraceful

Had an issue trying to finish an online shop on Tuesday. All items in my basket showing as unavailable and as such couldn't checkout as basket effectively empty. I contacted Tesco team via WhatsApp and had a reply within minutes to say there's a technical issue they were working on and try again later. All sorted out very quickly and shop completed.

Usually shop at Tesco Farnworth and it really has gone downhill. Too many staff standing around chatting. One female was using the cages and propelling herself down the aisle in it. Too many cages sitting in the aisles blocking customers getting access to the aisles. The fresh fruit and veg was already going off before being purchased. Bought sandwich thins and opened them to see they were already going mouldy. Asked if they would check if my challenge points were updated and was told I would have to provide evidence that I had purchased the items in the first place. Why should I do their job?? Feel undervalued as a customer and have to keep chasing up vouchers.

I regular shop at the tesco burnside Rutherglen Glasgow branch for over 15 years on the happy with customer service I recieve have a couple of issues with a member of staff that had glare at me a few months ago and again when I came into store on July 28th 2024 at 4.20pm I approach customer service the female blattenley glares at me tells me abruptly to go the person next found this humiliating being on the autistic spectrum I have decided to boycott this branch for a couple of weeks as the experience has put me off coming in to my local shop reported to duty manager Wednesday morning went back to buy a couple of bits over heard the person in question making out she did nothing wrong please do not allow yourself to treated like this if happens again will walk out shop without messages

Tesco Extra Wrekin Retail Park Telford. Some 'intelligent person' decided to move the Click &Collect site. Worst decision ever. Parked cars get blocked by cars queuing to collect their shopping. My collection time was 11-12 toady 9 August. Waited 45 minutes. Would have been quicker to go into the store. The poor staff on duty were being inundated with complaints. To his definitely needs to be reviewed. Christmas mas will be carnage. whoever made this smart😂😂 move needs to have a drastic rethink. Morrisons here I come.

I wish Tesco would stop churning out adverts about their “finest sour dough bread” I bought it and found it tasteless and frankly over priced.
It’s another example of Tesco’s grabbing at straws in the supermarket war. I’d give it up if I was you as most of the products you produce and sell are crap.
Nowadays your presence in the high street is only aimed at convenience shopping and nothing to do with providing a service. I note the change in the Goodge Street, London store that just shows what I mean.

Really very rude staff. Several bad experiences with certain staff on lottery counter Leighton buzzard. Going to divert family shop to Morrisons.

Willow Farms Chicken Drumstick Fillets 600g
Purchased from Tesco Westhill fillets full of tendons and sinews. Stored at 2c on base of refrigerator but did not smell fresh even with use by day of 8th. Noticed price matched to Aldi also bought same from Sainsbury’s but far better quality. Bought these for my dog but he won’t be eating them have put them in the trash. Would never buy again - does not deserve one star!

Bought chicken thighs from Tesco and cooked it as I would any other chicken, came out brown and disgusting. The food from Tesco is truly not good.

I was looking to buy olives and not only. All olives I have found in Tesco were made with rapeseed oil. How it is possible to brake the olives taste with rapeseed oil?.. Many products contain rapeseed oil.

Tesco Long Eaton is where I go regular. Staff are usually good. Today I feel cheated. Last week 6 bottles of any wine 25% off. This week same 25% off but after getting to checkout they tell me it's only on Tesco finest wines. What a marketing ploy. I spend over £600 per month there. Not any more. It's Aldi for me now. And to the young lady that talked to me like I was an idiot. Grow up and talk to people with a little respect

Unbelievably rude member of staff refusing an exchange today. Aggressively telling me to “get out”. I have shopped daily in this Tesco for nearly 12 years and work in customer service myself. This was a shockingly nasty experience.

Absolutely rubbish for online grocery shopping, since opening my account a few weeks ago I have literally only been able to order twice as every single time I need to order the majority of the items are listed as out of stock, also I tried to write a review on one item about it being out of stock the majority of the time & they didn't even bother posting my review so you can't even write an honest review because they won't let you (very clever).
What a sham, I'm going back to Ocado ( I thought I would be able to save a bit on my shopping by switching to Tesco, bad move because now I have no shopping) & also another thing with Ocado is that you can write as many honest reviews as you like & they actually post your reviews & try to take the reviews on board unlike these that have no intentions on working on what the customer may have an issue with.

Tesco feedback dont work...rang number cut out...you can scan dont how do this...got big board in store give us feedback...if only...

Went to Tesco in taunton decided we wanted a breakfast and a lovely guy called gary or gareth we think served us and made us the most gorgeous breakfast he was busy and could not have been more helpful highly recommended and we hope tesco appreciate you kind regards geri sue and gill

The employees are very friendly my only complaints are the following: it could be a tad cleaner; could be more organised as sometimes it is troublesome to find certain items.

Used the new Tesco Marketplace for the first time a couple of weeks ago during my weekly online grocery shopping when a pop up showed a mattress cover which I decided to buy. However, i hadn’t realised it would be delivered from an external supplier with postage costs as my item was 1p below free delivery. There was no option to collect from store or return to store. I tried but was unable to cancel. I decided to return the item- another hassle. Had to get authorisation from company which supplied it, do an Evri collection return and keep proof of postage which I did promptly. I have contacted the company twice and after 8 days after Evri collected the item I received confirmation that my item had been returned. I am still waiting for the refund to go into my account. Was advised this could take another 3-5 working days. This is a very disappointing service. Will not be using again and based on my experience I will not recommend it to friends or family.

Purchased cigarettes at Tesco. They have a new policy in place where they now take your money before you receive your goods. The action of deliberately keeping your purchase out of your reach shows lack of trust and treats the customer as a potential criminal.
An exchange is a balanced exchange of goods or money for goods. Now the customer has to rely on the assistant being honourable. Small standards are being eroded.

The casings on the finest sausages are now so poor that they don't even hold the meat together properly. If anyone from Tesco ever reads these reviews, please get your QC dept to take a look.

I went today to get a meal deal and got a drink and snack all fine but the sandwich’s choice was very limited as I don’t really like mayo on my sandwich and my mate is allergic to mayo so there was only really 1 choice not that happy hope it changes
