Over all happy with the car. the ghost braking is a nightmare sometimes, and when driving small roades, in witch we have a lot of, the stay in your lain warning system just goes bananas, and actually... See more

Long wait for help with failed Powerwall
Hey Elon. Good customer service ain't rocket science. I write this while waiting 32 minutes and counting to speak to someone about a Tesla Powerwall less than three years old that has ceased to function.
After about 23 minutes there was a beep and I heard the same message I heard when I first rang. I can only hope i have not been returned to the back of the queue!
While waiting I Googled "Why is Tesla customer service so poor?" The detailed AI summary gives lots of issues that could easily be addressed. And Grok AI says much the same!
What prevents the wealthiest person in the world ensuring these issues are fixed?
I did make an enquiry about my Powerwall a while ago and when I got through the guy I spoke with was really helpful, but waiting this long with no message of apology or indication of how long the wait might take is more than disapointing.
I wish i read these reviews before i…
I wish i read these reviews before i went and got the tesla. A flurry of people trying to get me to go and collect before Christmas (after being told it would be delivered) and now post christmas i am trying to find out when i will be getting this car..... absolutely zilch from the sales team. Nothing for weeks! How can you operate a business like this? I still don't have the car after waiting months... and no update.. .nothing!
Check The Number of Poor Support Problems
Same as others no support once you buy the car. There was an over payment of almost $90,000 can't get a confirmation that I will be reimbursed for this money. It presently is putting me in a financial find and not only can a I get a confirmation as to getting my money back or when. Does Musk need money that badly!Their support once you buy the car is less than 1 and very disappointing. Had I know how poorly their support is I would not have bought this car!
Avoid buying a Tesla at all costs
Avoid buying a Tesla at all costs. The sales and service team are absolute rubbish and non existent. They treat customers like garbage. I dealt wit a guy called Dan Buchanan who did not respond to emails. I have the trail to prove it. Nothing was done and that’s the sales team. Delivery was delayed and had to send someone to collect at Xmas week despite the fact car should have been delivered month before. The uk team should be banned from selling these cars. They are destroying the brand. Absolutely shameful!
Dream to disaster - extremely disappointing ownership experience
Owning a Tesla Model S 100D has been one of the most frustrating car ownership experiences I have had. The vehicle has suffered repeated faults, each resulting in very high repair costs.
The first major issue was the front boot locking shut, which cost £2,750 to repair. This was followed by a coolant level issue that cost £250. I am now receiving warnings relating to the battery fuse, the door sensors have failed, and I am unable to open the front door properly. These are serious faults affecting daily use and safety, not minor inconveniences.
What makes this experience unacceptable is that most of these issues are not covered under warranty, despite being known and common problems on this model. The cost of Tesla servicing and repairs in just one year is enough to purchase another electric vehicle.
The service centre experience has also been very poor. There is little empathy, no goodwill shown, and no accountability for repeated defects. Communication is weak and the attitude of staff is dismissive, leaving customers with no option but to pay.
Tesla presents itself as a premium brand, but the reliability and aftersales support do not match that image. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Tesla to anyone considering an electric vehicle.

Had a lingering random critical error…
Had a lingering random critical error issue for seven years, the car stayed in their service centers over 400 days. Each repair they replaced a new component and claimed it’s fixed, yet the problem came back again and again. The problem created numerous dangerous situations on the road. The repair cost exploded after the extended warranty period ended, they didn’t acknowledge it’s the same problem, the car became a nightmare to own. This ungrateful company treats their early adopters will greed and arrogance.
Model 3 As Expected
I bought a Tesla Model 3 and have been happy with it. The features are amazing, the look fits my expectations for price and the range is reasonable. We would always like more, but this is where the technology is in 2025.
Tesla customer service is the worst…
Tesla customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any brand in my life.
Many times it just feels like a scam and not real company. I booked the car but after my experience with their customer service I decided to cancel my booking and buy Audi.
Tesla promotes a 0% interest loan offer…
Tesla promotes a 0% interest loan offer through KBC, which was a key reason for my purchase decision. However, after following all steps and opening a bank account as instructed, the loan was declined without any explanation.
This partnership creates false expectations for customers. If eligibility criteria exist, they should be clearly communicated upfront. Instead, I wasted time and effort for a benefit that was never accessible.
Tesla should ensure transparency and accountability in its financing offers. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the premium service customers expect.
Unfortunately the service is not good
Unfortunately the service is not good, everything goes well until I ordered the car and pay money, after that no body ever answering my phone call.
I expect more professional and reliability, Responsibility from Tesla which isn't the case.
Avoid
They updated the software via wifi (as usual) a month ago. This time many functions started to not work. The Maps freezing, sensors not working, sentry mode not working, no speed check - so no cruise control. God knows what else. They want to charge me £2,000 for a 'service' to resolve the problem they created. Ignored my messages for 3 weeks before this. Absolute crooks. Avoid. The updates are now not working either.
Extremely Poor Customer Service and Quality Issues
I purchased a new Tesla Model Y, and from the start, I’ve had serious issues that Tesla’s service team has been unable—or unwilling—to resolve efficiently.
1️⃣ Windshield Wipers & Safety Issues: From day one, the wipers didn’t work properly. In Denmark, it rains almost constantly, making this a critical safety issue. On top of that, my car performed hard braking multiple times unexpectedly, putting me in real danger. Despite 10 calls, numerous messages, and 3 months of follow-ups, the problems were not resolved. During this period, I explained that I couldn’t use the driving assistant because the wiper couldn’t clear the camera view. Their solution? They told me to manually clean the window!!! Imagine trying to clean a windshield in the rain while driving!
2️⃣ Front Windshield Crack: Another major issue occurred when the front windshield suddenly cracked after turning on the air conditioning on a cold day. No other car was in front of me. It was a loud noise, like a small explosion, and a crack appeared instantly. When I reported this, Tesla refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed it was caused by external factors—even though nothing external could have caused it.
This level of customer service is unacceptable for a company like Tesla. All my messages and calls are documented, so perhaps Elon Musk himself should take a look at how customers are being treated.
Tesla may sell innovative cars, but with the new Model Y, customer safety, service, and quality control are shockingly poor. I expected far better for the price I paid.
Tesla Service Center in Clermont
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Tesla Service Center in Claremont. I scheduled an appointment over three weeks in advance, and even with such a long wait, they completely failed to deliver.
I dropped off my car early in the morning, expecting it to be taken care of that day. However, they only contacted me late in the afternoon to say that the car was still waiting for parts and wouldn’t be ready until the next day.
No one offered any solution, ride, or loaner so I could return home — nothing. It’s unacceptable service, especially considering the price and reputation Tesla claims to have. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would.
Outstanding Service from the Tesla Park Royal Team!
I had an exceptional experience thanks to James Supino, Hashaam Ahmed, and Hameed Said at Tesla Park Royal. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to making everything smooth for me.
They guided me through every single step of the process with patience and expertise, making sure I had all the information and help I needed. Whether it was explaining the vehicle features, handling paperwork, or simply being there to answer every question, they covered every aspect with clarity and care.
It’s rare to find a team so committed and enthusiastic about what they do. They made the whole experience not just easy, but actually enjoyable.
Thank you again to James, Hashaam, and Hameed — you’re a credit to Tesla. Highly recommended!
TESLA & their service both are really…
TESLA & their service both are really pathetic. Such a crap car not even worth for 2k, DONT BUY and avoid like plague. how can they sell it for 40k/50k. When it comes to my issue. I bought a brand new car and with in 2 years, it broke and some bolts fell off and subframe (both front & rear) got damaged. How come for such a branded car, bolts will come off and it will get damaged like that and when I gave my car in uk at Chelmsford service center. I had nightmare and they said it won't be covered under warranty and each subframe costs around 2k. How this can be true and how pathetic it is.? And they would not allow you to talk to warranty team and if you call tesla customer care. They are just doing call centre jobs and they don't know anything technical and they will simply say..message in the app and you will get your response . Even Tesla reduces or Slashes its price down by 50%. DO NOT BUY TESLA. Its the worst car I ever had
I dont think I have ever had a car with…
I dont think I have ever had a car with this many problems. When my car is having service it usually takes 3 month before it is fixed as Tesla cannot plan their work well enough.
My recommendation is, that you NEVER buy a Tesla.
I tested drove a model 3 last year
I tested drove a model 3 last year, wilde experience, silent ride. Tesla meks you feel like you’re driving the future. I liked the service centers and how it can be driven automatically without me.
better service needed
the cars maybe great, but service support is idk, must be more politeLast time I contacted them, lost my voice😭explaining them stuff
Worse Customer Service
You cannot get a worse service than this or any tesla dealership (or whatever fake term they use for these outlets).
I have been waiting for registration Plates for 2 months, and NO, it's not DMV issue- Tesla is messing up the paperwork. And you just cannot talk to a human there. Weird and poorly designed automated phone system is all you get- even when you try calling their local dealer.
Plummeting customer service and uncaring attitude
I've been a Tesla owner for six years, starting as a considerable evangelist for both EVs and Tesla's products. I'm still an EV enthusiast but, even setting aside the incompetence and idiocy of its CEO, Tesla's attitude and service have gone through the floor: They fail to respond to service requests, they can't do basic diagnosis (simply replacing parts at random in the hope that the problem will go away) and have failed to fulfil their obligations under block exemption by not providing accurate part numbers so that we can order parts from third party suppliers.
