Love the products and selection on teslaunch. I have had my Model Y since 2020 and have been impressed by the constantly evolving selection of products, their competitive prices, sales, and shipping speed.

Teslaunch sells quality products and stands behind them! I had a minor installation issue, and they responded in a timely manner with positive results.

Placed an order for four items. Soon after email updates indicated shipment was coming from international warehouse, not USA...so started a conversation with Support. I received timely email updates regarding the order shipment and progress thru Customs. There were a few delays getting thru Customs...no big deal for me. Once received, all items are great!

I like Teslaunch product selection and pricing, easy ordering, and product quality. All items ordered fit well and I am glad to have each one. And again, I appreciate the assistance from the Support Team.

The product exceeded

I ordered some items on July 31, 25. After about a week of no updates on order fullfillment, I emailed their customer service. They informed me the items were backordered and they hope to be able to fill the order soon. They offered a 10% discount for the trouble. I finally received a tracking number on 8/18/2025 from ChinaPost. The shipping was extremely slow. Today is 9/7/2025 and the last update occurred on 9/3/2025 showing it was leaving the American Transport Center. I am assuming the package is being transferred to the USPS based on other reviews. Needless to say I'm pretty frustrated with the delays after being "spoiled" by Amazon shipping and delivery. I know this is a first-world problem but please think twice before ordering through Teslaunch unless you are ok waiting over a month for your order.

They will use the worst courier and the courier and teslaunch will never responded to you. My product is missing.

I had already bought rim covers and decided to order an extra set, just in case. The only problem is that I had ordered the black rims instead of the silver ones. My bad.

I like the options for accessories for the starlink mini that they have to purchase. The ordering to receiving was a long time. Also one of the pieces was missing a nut to screw the sticky leg on for mounting.

I had a set of damaged wheel rim protectors come in. They were bent beyond repair and it was obviously due to the carelessness and neglect of a certain big name postal service.

I contacted Teslaunch and they wasted no time reissuing me a new set ASAP.
They made things right and handled it professionally.
I’m still waiting on those new rim protectors, but they’re set to come in real soon.
But I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service.

It’s become more of a rarity today to experience a company that actually cares about its customers.

Looking forward to that new set and if this is the way Teslaunch treats their customers, rest assured, they’ll definitely be receiving another order from me in the future!
