I chose the 21-inch Teslaunch rim protector for my Porsche Taycan because the Priorim and Alloygator products didn't fit my rims or weren't suitable.
However, the Teslaunch rim protector fits perfectly, is very easy to install, and it blends seamlessly with my alloy wheels.
I'm very satisfied with the design, quality, and user-friendliness of the product.
You just have to be patient for long delivery time (that’s why this 4 stars rating. If Teslaunch manages to shorten the too long delivery time, this would be an easy 5 star rating !).
If that's not a problem, these Teslaunch rim protectors are a good, or the best?, choice and highly recommended.

I bought rear window shades for my Tesla Model S, but they didn't fully cover the small rear windows. I asked for a refund because the windows didn't fit. Teslaunch responded, asking for further explanation. I informed them that the small rear window was not covered by the shade, and the fit was not as expected—no response from them after 5 days.
Teslaunch reached out. After some back and forth, I was offered an 80% refund to avoid going through the return process. I am happy with the outcome.

Great experience buying wheel protectors for my Model Y Juniper. Amazing customer service , especially from Joe who sent me a prompt replacement because the first time the local courier just left the packet outside our door - which we never received.

I ordered the Model Y rear sunshades and wasn’t completely satisfied with them at first. I reached out to customer support, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly responsive and truly customer-centric.

The support was great. Had a possible problem and they had me send a video and got it resolved.

Teslaunch is a drop-shipping from China. They don't disclose hidden customs fees, defective product, partial refunds, and now I’m being penalized for processing fees. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

I originally posted that the floor mat arrived with deep, permanent creases due to poor packaging. Despite their instructions to reverse folds and apply weight, absolutely no improvement occurred. I insisted on a full refund and a return shipping label.

Their latest response? They refunded only partial paid, deducting Visa processing fees. That’s unacceptable and illegal. Now I’m expected to absorb those costs even though the product was defective.

I’ve tried resolving this amicably, but after innumerable efforts from my side. I’ve escalated my complaint to relevant authorities and will continue to hold them accountable.

It’s best to avoid Teslaunch. Their practices are highly questionable. Instead, consider using Aliexpress, which offers better service and products at lower prices.

I placed an order through Teslaunch’s Danish website, expecting a local purchase. Instead, after a long wait, I found out the product was shipped from China, resulting in unexpected customs fees that were never clearly disclosed before checkout.

When the item finally arrived, it was unusable, the floor mat was full of deep creases from poor packaging. I followed their instructions for three days to “reverse folds” and apply weight, but there was zero improvement. The mat is still in the same damaged condition as when it arrived.

Despite this being a clear product defect, Teslaunch refused to provide a prepaid return label. Instead, they insisted I pay for expensive return shipping to China and implied it wasn’t their responsibility. From my perspective, they are trying to pass the consequences of poor manufacturer selection and bad packaging directly onto the customer.

Communication was slow, and responses avoided the core issue. Their 30-day return policy is misleading if defective items still leave the customer paying for international return shipping.

If you value product quality, transparency, or fair customer service, I recommend avoiding Teslaunch.

Great after sale service

Actually really impressed with the colour match and quality. Once they’re put on it’s very difficult to differentiate between the original wheels and the covers.

I ordered a set of rim protectors for my 21-inch wheels. Before ordering and to ensure compatibility, I exchanged a few questions with the Teslaunch customer service team. They were very responsive and clear. I received the 4 rims about 10 days after ordering, in a very well-protected box. The rim protectors seem very well made. I installed them easily. They come with super-sticky tape; you have to fix the ring in its final location the first time, otherwise you won't be able to move it later. In the end, it's exactly what I needed. If you need to hide unsightly scratches on your wheels, or if you want to protect them from the risk of scratches with quality materials, and if you are looking for good customer service, I recommend Teslaunch. Just make sure before ordering that the product is compatible with your wheels; customer service will be able to help you.

Where do I start I have now brought several products from Teslaunch. The front sunshade has been amazing during our hit and miss summer in the UK. Easy to place in the front window and super easy to store in the glove box. Thanks for making Tesla products affordable and easy 😊

Overall 4 star. They have a great selection of products for the Tesla's and are competitively priced. Some of the products I am browsing, I don't see anywhere else, so I kept ordering from here. The only down fall is the shipping lead times. It will take about 3 - 4 weeks easily for you order to be delivered from China. The packaging of the products is very well handled and have had zero issues with defective products arriving.

Just wish it did not take as along to get to the US.

The bumper mesh grill was easy to install even without instructions. I expect the grill will prevent debris, small rocks, and bugs from blocking and damaging the cooling fins.

The level of support that I received from the representative over email was quick response time. The shipping was fast and the product was high-quality. The price was very good. I’m very happy.

I have ordered multiple times, with a positive experience each time. The products are great, and the prices are reasonable.
Recently I had an issue with one of the products, they were very responsive, and took care of the issue. It is easy to find a place to purchase products at a decent price, but it is difficult to find one that stands behind their products and business.

The piano black pillar delete really looks cool on my car but Teslaunch went above and beyond when my order was delayed. They actually gave me a cash discount just because they care about their customers.

I purchased racks for my Tesla over a month ago and have not received them yet. I have written to Teslaunch twice and have not received a response. They don't have a customer service telephone number or a chat, so you don't have any resource to get a hold of someone to see what happened. I need them in a week, and I don't know whether to purchase them from another seller or not.
Update: The racks arrived about a month and a half later. The instructions are incomprehensible, evidently not written by a native English speaker. The parts were not properly labeled, so we had to guess which was the front and back rack. The tool to lift the washer was useless (I had to use tweezers), and the hardware didn't fit well into its positions. It took us four person-hours to install them, and I remain uncertain about placing significant weight on them, which could risk breaking the glass roof. Also, because the products ship directly from China and the return policy is such that you pay for shipping, in practice, returns are not feasible.
In summary, significant delivery delays, an unresponsive company, an unfeasible return policy, extremely poor instructions, and mal-fitting hardware led to a poor experience. I do not recommend this company not will I buy from them again
