test IO Reviews 200

I am doing testing from last 5 years on different crowdsourcing platforms. Testio management encourages testers very well but they failed at good team leaders who reviews the tester bugs. Two TLs (I don't want to mention there name here) are very rude when dealing with testers questions. I am very much sure that one TL (who frequently alloted for reviewing) shows unfairess to some testers & favours few testers.
I am also one of team leader(reviewer) on one of most famous crowdsourcing website but I never did to this to anyone. I respect testers approach & their works but here on Testio, few TLs don't let you work good with motivation.
So overall feedback, testing opportunities good at testio but they needs to change/revive TLs approach otherwise many testers going to demotivate like me.

When I first joined this company, I saw it as just a part-time job. However, my passion for testing and the company has grown steadily over time. Working here brings me immense satisfaction, and financial compensation is not my primary motivation. The support and kindness of everyone here have been invaluable. I look forward to a long and fulfilling journey with this team.

Test IO could have been a great website to earn but some TLs like TL “Thomas” are extremely biased and engage in open favoritism. They will see your name and judge your work, instead of the merit of the report. You won’t get paid unless they approve so they have all the power and they shamelessly abuse it. Management encourages such behavior so there is no use taking these issues to a higher level.
I as a tester whose been there from 6 months have found it very hard to earn a decent amount even though I put in a lot of hours. Not a place to make good money

I have been using Testio for a while now, and while the platform itself is great for earning money, the payment cycle leaves much to be desired. Testio generates payments for the previous month’s earnings on the 11th of each month, but it typically takes until around the 23rd or 24th for the money to actually reach your account.

This delay is quite inconvenient, especially for those who rely on timely payments. It would be much more beneficial if Testio could generate payments every 15 days instead. Alternatively, they could revise the payment cycle date from the 11th to the 1st or 2nd of each month, ensuring that users receive their funds more promptly.

Interesting tests, good compensation, great cooperation with test leaders, a trusted environment, and a transparent process of onboarding

Not bad per say but I think the company needs to refine it's team leaders. I mean some of them are highly rude and egotistical and it's also hard to pierce the ceiling of success as a new tester on the platform. It's not bad but I think the company should take key learning points from a company such as Utest. Also places of work should be making sure that their employees mental health is in check sometimes test invitations tend to frequent from 1am to 5am which is not good.

I joined the Platform by January, I was introduced to the platform by a Friend who is also a Good tester, The platform provided all the Information I needed to become a Good software tester, I'm currently studying Pharmacy at the University So I don't have any Knowledge about Software development or Technology But with Test.Io I was able to learn and Earn at the same time. The platform also has Discord community which allows to ask questions from more Experienced Tester. which has helped me to Improve has a Tester.

It is the best crowd testing Platform that is present now across the globe. You will get lots of test invitations to test. Also, the community of TEST IO is amazing and very active. I have been freelancing here for the last 6 months and I am very pleased to work here. I hope this will continue to work this way and prosper more in the future. Best platform ever in testing .
I have been working for 5 years and never had an issue with payments. Support team is great and the discord community is the best . The activities like the testing cups are the best finds

First thing is best this platform it's academy specially for the begginer. Second it's payment method I know I have no experience but I listen some senior tester mates. I recommend others join this platform.

Their most exceptional feature is the room for rapid growth. Test cycles come in every single day and you have no choice but to learn quickly, this is facilitated by Team Leaders who succinctly explain their decisions regarding reports and also refer you to the academy (which by the way is just an amazing platform for organized learning). The discord channel creates a community for…yeah you guessed it, learning! Tons of resources for questions, answers, feedback and quality communication. It all just…works.

TestIO is one of the best platforms for software testing. The work is flexible, and the more you work, the more you earn.

I joined TestIO about 6-7 months ago with no prior experience. Thanks to the outstanding Support Team, available 24/7 to provide valuable information and assistance regarding the platform, and the dedicated Team Leaders who carefully review tester bug reports to ensure proper evaluation of all bugs, I have been able to grow significantly.
Additionally, the help of experienced testers and moderators in the Discord community have been incredibly helpful.

The Discord community, managed by excellent moderators and admins, is always active, organizing events, informational quizzes and very valuable tips for testers.

Even in their answers they are derogatory like their TL "We are sorry that you were unable to complete a simple Exploratory Testing course", without further comments.

I think io needs to work on their testers payout. How on earth will a person works and he’s not getting paid through his choice of payment. I honestly don’t recommend this platform to anyone who’s looking to earn money in testing

Joined Test IO 4 years and although I had zero knowledge in QA Test IO helped me grow as a person and in some way changed my life, Test IO offers multiple ways to earn money so does not matter if you have experience or not as long as you have a strong work ethic you will succeed.

Complicated onboarding, very few tasks, wasted time.

The company work really good it is difficult first time joining but while taking your time on the website and learn from academy, it will be easier

They will reject everything that you will submit because they don't wanna pay for tester jobs. TL doesn't think about the quality of customer products, they just think about some stupid guidelines on how to fill in bug reports and user story reports. They can reject even 1 step check Test Case execution (e.g. if you have a user story with a task like "check that Recommendation section displayed on product details page" and you will submit a screenshot with this section and note: section appeared on the PDP) they rejected this with the comment "Not enough quality in execution". What a go**amn level of quality you expected in 1 step check???? SECTION DISPLAYED
